EPA Earth Day 2008 Photo Contest: Protecting the Chemtails

Concerned Americans and world chemtrail activists are uploading photos of toxic skies commonly known as chemtrail photos, to the EPA Earth Day contest site in protest.

The 2008 Earth Day photo contest from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has three pools for entries.. one of which is "Protecting the Environment." I have renamed it .. "Protecting the Chemtrails".

As the EPA and other government agencies deny that chemtrails exist.... and call them common contrails. "Con", a good descriptive word for them, a con game.
And as this is what most people of the world have to look at as they gazed at their toxic chemical filled skies for the past 20 or 30 years.. I feel the title, "Protecting the Chemtails" quite is appropriate.

Letter: Chemical worries

If you noticed the obvious wide white line photographed in the sky over Saddle Mountain in the photograph with the article ("Saddle Mountain expansion looms high in the country," The Daily Astorian, March 14), chances are good you can find another on the next sunny day here. Instead of dissipating as the plane crosses the sky like the jet contrails we're all familiar with, these lines span the sky intact long after the plane is out of sight.

Then, rather than disappearing from one end, they spread out - like this one in the photo. If you notice more than one of these lines, chances are that the sky may become cloudy within 24 hours.

Eventually, particles from these lines fall to earth. Many have been tested and researchers have found barium and aluminum and trace amounts of various chemicals. Because of their chemical composition, these lines are known as "chemtrails" as opposed to the water vapor condensation trails, or "contrails," normally generated by jets.

What are "chemtrails" for? Theories range from weather modification to biological testing, global warming mitigation, experimental atmospheric military devices to augment or jam radio communications networks and radar systems or other classified government purposes.

Whatever their purpose, they have been widely documented with photographs from more than 14 countries since they first appeared 10 years ago. Sometimes there are dozens of these lines, often criss-crossing each other in a grid pattern that couldn't possibly be random or accidental.

A growing number of medical reports, most commonly respiratory problems, follow skies filled with chemtrails. Other reported symptoms have been headaches, flu-like symptoms, extreme fatigue, diarrhea, pain and swelling of muscles and joints, dizziness, nausea, stiff neck and general malaise.

The government and military have denied the existence of these photographed lines. They've also rationalized them. But, they've never explained what's going on. Although there is no definite proof on whether the American government has a direct involvement in these operations, many researchers argue that the weather modification track is very plausible. In particular, the desire to modify weather conditions via unconventional methods was clearly the intention of U.S. legislators who approved and enacted the Weather Modification Research and Technology Act in 2005.

Witnesses around the world continue to photograph and file complaints, medical reports and even law suits regarding chemtrails with almost no coverage from the mainstream media. Despite scores of chemtrail internet Web sites and literally thousands of photos, the average person who relies on television, radio and the press has often never heard of them, which was why this front-page photo caught my eye.

I wondered how many people looked at the picture but didn't see anything unusual in the large white line spanning the sky. Does it matter? Do you care what is being sprayed into the air you and your children breathe?

These aren't exhaust fumes from commercial airliners filled with tourists and people heading home for Easter. This is the result of one (or maybe two) small white jets that are criss-crossing the sky, leaving these long "contrails" that spread out to form the clouds you see above, before falling on top of us as they descend onto the neighborhoods of Independence.

I called the FAA one time, they refused to file a complaint because I couldn't tell the the altitude of the aircraft. None of the inquiries I've sent to members of our city government have ever been replied to. There are no clouds in the sky in the picture you see above. Every bit of whiteness you see was made from a jet.

Doesn't the city have any control over the airspace? Doesn't anyone else wonder about this?

I'm not sure what chemtrails (or contrails) really are but I've always assumed that they were just the exhaust from certain jets. They are obviously not commercial jets because these jets fly extremely high. I've heard sinister theories of what they might be. It is strange that the trails remain from horizon to horizon until they disperse, long after the jets are gone. I don't think any government agency will be able to answer any questions about them since they don't know what they are either.

We live 40 miles form an Airbase


Richard Guabare Airbase is about 40 to 50 miles south east of here and most of our BIG bombers fly out of there at very high altitudes daily.

The airbase for the B-2 bomber is Whiteman AFB at Knobnoster, about 80 miles East of here. Richards Gabour was closed several years ago and is now more of an office/industrial park I believe. I can't spell it either.



I'm not quite sure how to take your entry on contrails. If you are being serious, I suggest you google "contrails" and click on the Wikipedia explanation. If you ae funning, those sure are pretty pictures.

There's nothing pretty about


There's nothing pretty about air pollution, especially on a lovely day like today.

I've seen contrails all my life. Back in the day, they used to disappear rather quickly behind the aircraft that preceded them. Now they criss-cross the sky, and widen and merge into oily clouds that spread across the horizon. We see them in Independence all the time, in all types of weather. These aren't the contrails that we grew up with.

You may be correct. Next time she calls FAA she might tell them that the contrails are at about 26,000 to 35,000 feet. The Germans loved them in World War II. They knew exactly where the B-17 flight of the day was headed.

Blame it on the meth heads

Big Pharma and Pentagon Scam

A meeting has taken place recently between an investigative researcher and a well placed military source. The identity of both parties is to be protected. The source has intimate knowledge of at least one aspect of the aerosol operations, and asserts the following:

1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry.

2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%.

3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations.

4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release.

5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply.

6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems.

7. Most of the "players" are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush.

8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc.

9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.

10. This is the most dangerous and dark time that I have experienced in all of my years of serving this country.

This information is relayed without qualification, as I am knowledgeable in the level of integrity of the researcher that has made this information available to the public. There is both risk and restraint that has been exercised in the preparation of this statement.

The following personal and observations have been relayed to me by the investigative researcher referred to above:

I am the researcher that relayed information to Carnicom and I can tell you that the meeting occurred as stated. I see that my meeting opened up some dialogue. I have to ask: why are so many intelligent people debating the "tail of the dog"? Does it have fleas, long or short hair, or no tail at all. Look at the DOG. See the big picture here. Do you question that people are dying in record numbers from the aerosol operations? It is a fact that an increase in particulate matter increases mortality.

A top respiratory doctor has just written a book about the "breathing crisis." On the Today Show, not in some secret meeting place, he tells us that respiratory disease has gone from eighth to fourth place as a leading cause of death, soon to be third, in only FIVE years. The doctor says the increase in respiratory death is because of smoking. Now that seems a little off, since many people have stopped smoking, and yet in FIVE years dying from breathing is the major cause of death behind heart failure and cancer. It is also a fact that when oxygen is reduced, cardiac arrest goes up. He also advises "not to exercise outdoors". What does exercising outdoors have to do with smoking? Any chance that breathing heavy metals could be the cause of not only increasing death from respiratory disease, but also contributes to cardiac arrest and cancer? Go back to the DOG. Look at the bigger picture of what's going on with our health; stop debating the biological contents of an already deadly, efficient operation. Incidentally, "culling" was never mentioned in my report.

Give Carnicom some credit for his integrity in presenting this material. I risked my safety and the safety of others to get this information. I wanted the information for myself; I didn't get it for Carnicom or his site, but I did want to share it with others as a confirmation, not as a revelation, of what is going on. Many of you saw this and I appreciate your intelligence and wisdom. My thanks, also, to those of you who have followed up with some good research.

Airline Manager Spoke out in 2000

Mr. Carnicom:

I read the email you received from the anonymous mechanic and felt compelled to respond to it. I, too, work for an airline, though I work in upper management levels. I will not say which airline, what city I am located, nor what office I work for, for obvious reasons. I wish I could document everything I am about to relate to you, but to do so is next to impossible and would result in possible physical harm to me.

The email from the anonymous mechanic rings true. Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999. The few airline employees who were briefed on Project Cloverleaf were all made to undergo background checks, and before we were briefed on it we were made to sign non-disclosure agreements, which basically state that if we tell anyone what we know we could be imprisoned.

About twenty employees in our office were briefed along with my by two officials from some government agency. They didn't tell us which one. They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft. When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere. Then someone asked why all the secrecy was needed. The government reps then stated that if the general public knew that the aircraft they were flying on were releasing chemicals into the air, environmentalist groups would raise hell and demand the spraying stop. Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn't need to know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests. He also stated that we should not tell anyone, nor ask any more questions about it. With that, the briefing was over.

All documents in our office pertaining to Project Cloverleaf are kept in locked safes. Nobody is allowed to take these documents out of the office. Very few employees are allowed access to these documents, and they remain tight-lipped about what the documents say.

Mr. Carnicom, I am no fool. I know there's something going on. And frankly, I am scared. I feel a high level of guilt that I have been aware of this kind of operation but unable to tell anyone. It's been eating away at me, knowing that the company I work for may be poisoning the American people. I hope this letter will open some eyes to what's happening.

Again, I wish I could give you documented information, but you have to understand why I must remain totally anonymous.
