Chemtrailing humans with Corexit based poison is burning people with a 'nepalm-like substance.' Reports abound of the poison attack burning plant life, therefore poisoning the food supply as the new Youtube video below documents.

Filmmaker and Renewable Energy UN Ambassador of Goodwill, Josh Tickell, who is director of FUEL, writes from South Louisiana that the Gulf situation is deteriorating for humans.

"The use of the deadly and toxic chemical Corexit continues at an undisclosed rate per day. With our group of eight people standing on the beach, 100 feet from the surf of the Gulf, our eyes were burning and as we approached the water our skin was affected," reports Tickell.

"Most people walked off the beach with rashes. This is not from the oil, it is from the napalm-like substance that is being manufactured in conjunction with BP and put into the Gulf of Mexico with enough quantity to effect the air. (Emphasis added)

"Tests reveal that this chemical compound is becoming an aerosol and traveling, as a cloud, across the beach communities," stated Tickell.

As highlighted in Part I of this series, chemical warfare (CW) involves toxic properties of chemical substances as weapons. In chemical warfare terms, "dispersion" is placing the chemical agent upon or adjacent to a target immediately before dissemination, so that the material is most efficiently used. Dispersion is the simplest technique of delivering an agent to its target. (See Censored Gulf dispersant news: Aerial spraying act of war Part I, Examiner, Dupre, June 2010)

In attempt to prevent such atrocities and hold perpetrators responsible, on April 29 1997, the Chemical Weapons Convention - CWC) entered into force. It is the Convention on prohibition of the development, production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons and on their destruction, of 13 January 1993 and reinforcing the 1925 Geneva Protocol prohibiting chemical and biological weapons by banning development, production and stockpiling of chemical weapons.

Under the banner of "pesticide research," the US Do, EPA and petrochemical-military-industrial complex continued its research and development chemical weapons of mass destruction, testing them on plant and animal life, including humans. (See Part II of this series)

Chemical weapons of mas destruction (WMDs) are what President Bush accused Iraq of having, lying to justify murdering millions of people there for its resources, while developing and stockpiling such WMDs on American soil, now using them on Americans. At least one known foreign country, Britain, is an enemy in this war.

Tickell advises that this "aerosol spraying is illegal and could be fatal for multiple life forms," a statement to be welcomed by many leaders, such as AC Griffith (heard in the chemtrail video below), thousands of citizens and organizations across the US, such as Geo-engineering Watch, plus organizations overseas - all battling for years to raise awareness about the act of war on the people and genuine national security issue of chemtrails.

Only a year ago, Tickell was skeptical about chemtrails and decades of research and development to apply them to the human population by the petrochemical-military-industrial complex that includes private companies, such as airlines, spraying them. Like most people, he found this human rights violation too difficult to face or believe: that geophysical weapons, under the sophisticated science of geoengineering, includes spraying the human population with deadly chemcals, authorized by the US government.

Geoengineering, the artificial modification of the earth's climate systems, is an environment modification (ENMOD) science for the "deliberate manipulation of natural processes - the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space that can be applied as a weapon of mass destruction."

Geoengineering projects range from declassified experimentation, such as dumping particles into the oceans to attract algae that sequesters carbon and theoretically slows "global warming," to highly classified experimentation such as aerosol spraying. Denial by intelligent people of integrity of all walks of life has been a major frustration for those exposing new, high-tech weapons, including chemical weapons. DoD obcene funding plus black budgets helped open the gate wide open for even heavier aerial poisoning of humans and all other life forms, as experienced and witnessed along the Gulf coast today.

Aside from the odorless poison destined to be the cause of human injury and deaths from breathing it, in a new video (below), a Floridian showing his burned yard plants says, "If its killing our plants, its killing our food. If we can’t have food we die.

"Don’t you see that?"

He urges the public to read the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but the backbone of both were shredded with enactment of the USA PATRIOT ACT during the Bush administration. That set the stage for events unfolding today.

The Floridian now questions, "We let a foreign company come in and tell us what we can and can't do?"

Controversial post-9/11 expansions of executive branch powers prompted the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, BORDC to urge local showings of a video about dangers threatening Americans. It hoped for subsequent nationwide dialogue about whether the power needs to be curbed to protect U.S. residents' constitutional rights.

Instead, the citizenry was succesfully pacified with TV and mainstream newspapers, and Congress maintained the USA PATRIOT ACT instead of restoring Constitutional rights through the JUSTICE ACT.

ACLU called the USA PATRIOT ACT a "minefield for American rights."

The same corpocracy that designed and supported the USA PATRIOT ACT dictating the nation's people has now ruthlessly stepped on a deep water minefield.

It is using its decades of sinister, secret and torturous research and development paid by the taxpayers to kill them in an act of war using a chemical weapon of mass destruction while its Attorney General, Eric Holden ponders: Is this a civil or a criminal case?

On July 13, 2010, Yahoo News reported that every summer at the peak of the wet season, numerous people in the province of Yunnan, located in southwestern China would suddenly pass away of cardiac arrest. Researchers have finally discovered the cause of this mysterious syndrome, a small mushroom known as Little White.

Yunnan Sudden Death Syndrome Investigators

Local health officials in Yunnan Province noted this mystery syndrome for years. In 2004, they appealed to Beijing officials for help in determining the cause. The government assigned the investigation to the China Field Epidemiology Training Program. This is a unit of medical investigators at China's Center for Disease Control and Prevention who have been assigned some of the country's toughest health mysteries.

This elite Chinese medical team encountered numerous obstacles that hindered their ability to quickly find a cause. The villagers in this area speak a dialect that was unknown to the investigators making communication difficult. Also, villagers live scattered in remote areas that are plagued with torrential rains and mudslides. In addition, rapid burials made it very difficult to conduct autopsies.

Investigators narrowed their focus on mushrooms because more than 90% of the deaths occurred during the harvesting season. Yunnan Province is well-known for exporting a wide variety of mushrooms at high prices. However, in 2008, health investigators discovered a very tiny mushroom in the homes of those who had passed away. This Little White mushroom is not sold in markets because it is too small.

Cause of Yunnan Sudden Death Syndrome

These tiny mushrooms were thoroughly tested and some toxins were discovered, but not in quantities considered being deadly. Researchers reexamined these mushrooms and discovered very high levels of barium.

Barium is a heavy metal that occurs naturally in the soil and is the world’s 14th most common element. However, small amounts of water-soluble barium can trigger heart rhythm changes, breath difficulties, increased blood pressure, swelling of the brain and liver, kidney and heart damage as well as other negative health effects.

Victims of Yunnan Sudden Death Syndrome consumed high levels of barium via these mushrooms. The cause of the high barium concentrations is unknown to these researchers.

Chemtrails: International Symposium in Belgium a Success

From May 28-30, 2010, The Belfort Group held a successful international symposium in Ghent, Belgium, on global aerosol spraying, better known as chemtrails.

Possible Barium Sources

KSLA News 12 in Shreveport, Louisiana conducted an investigation into chemtrails. Chemtrails are also referred to as geo-engineering and after numerous planes have created chemtrails in the atmosphere, this news team discovered that barium levels are spiked.

Peter Vereecke of the Belfort Group in Belgium says that chemtrails are not a conspiracy theory. “Chemtrails are not contrails,” he stated in an email with Suite101. Vereecke is the former mayor of Evergem in Belgium and he has heard from many concerned individuals worldwide about aircraft spraying barium and other metals into the atmosphere, otherwise known as stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering (SAG).

In an email interview with Suite101, Michael J. Murphy, journalist and Los Angeles film maker writes, “In my research in the production of What in the World are They Spraying?, I have been made aware of rain, snow and soil tests from around the world that reveal very high amounts of barium and aluminum. Barium is one of the ingredients in stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering models that have been proposed by geo-engineers. I think that this might indicate that there is a connection between aerosol spraying/chemtrails and the barium/mushroom issue.”

People in the Yunnan province were urged to stop eating these tiny mushrooms and so far this year, there are no deaths. Researchers in China continue with lab investigations.

Could Aluminum, Barium and Other Substances From Stratospheric Aerosol Geo-Engineering Programs be Destroying Eco-Systems around the World?

A Closer Look

What would you do if you were told that toxic substances being sprayed into the sky are falling to the ground and decimating eco-systems around the world? This very claim, made by concerned citizens outside the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) meeting last month in San Diego, sparked my interest to investigate further.

The AAAS meeting hosted several top geo-engineering scientists who gathered to discuss the “plausibility” of implementing various geo-engineering programs throughout the world. One of the options addressed was the stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering (SAG) , AKA chemtrail program, where scientists discussed the “plausibility” of spraying aerosol aluminum, barium and other particles into the sky to block the sun as a means to “reduce” the Earth’s temperature. When asked specifically about the potential risks associated with using aluminum in the program as an aerosol, scientists replied by stating that they have not studied much about the risks associated with aluminum and added that something terrible could be found tomorrow that they haven’t looked at. When probed further about the deployment of existing aerosol programs, the scientists stated that no aerosol spraying programs have been deployed to date.

The concerned citizens I met outside the meeting were claiming quite the opposite. They came in protest after witnessing airplanes that they believe are regularly spraying aerosols into the upper-part of the sky. Many from this group have tested and found extremely high levels of aluminum, barium and other substances in their soil, rain, water and snow. Ironically, the substances that they reported finding are the same substances the scientists are “considering” implementing in the various aerosol spraying programs discussed at the meeting. They also believe that these substances are leading to the destruction of eco-systems and are coming from already deployed SAG programs. Due to the severity of this issue and my desire to know the truth, I was led to Shasta County in the Northern part of California to investigate not only the claims of what is being reported in the sky, but also claims of what is in the rain, water, snow and soil from what many residents are saying is the result of SAG programs.

The first stop on this trip led me to Dane Wigington’s beautiful 2000 acre property overlooking Lake Shasta. As we toured his breath-taking land, he pointed to multiple trails that blanketed the sky. He claimed the trails are present on most days above Northern California. Wigington referred to this as a “moderate spraying day”. Like many other residents in Shasta County, Wigington moved to the area to get away from the heavy pollution of Southern California that he grew up with as a child. His dreams of living off the land and becoming one with nature are now coming to a grinding halt as he is focusing his time and energy on the issue of geo-engineering.

Wigington became concerned about SAG when he began to notice dramatic changes in the solar power that he uses to supply his home and property. Owner of one of the largest residential solar systems in Northern California, he began to notice very high declines in solar power. It can be decreased by as much as 60 percent on what he calls “heavy spraying days”. Wigington said, “The trails are literally blocking the sun”. He also went on to say that he regularly samples the fine dust layers on top of his solar panels and other outdoor surface areas and frequently finds very high levels of aluminum and barium. Wigington believes that these are a product of SAG programs.

At the same time as finding decreased solar power, Wigington also began to witness dramatic changes on his property as the trees, grass, insects and wildlife started dying. This led him to get his first rain test just four years ago. The results were shocking as they found aluminum levels at 7 ug/l or 7 parts per billion. Although aluminum can be found around the world in smaller quantities, geo-hydrologists told him that this number was quite high. Since that time, he has had aluminum tests escalate as high as 50,000 percent to 3,400ug/l. That is literally toxic rain. These results prompted him to get additional pH tests from two USDA soil scientists which yielded more shocking results. The pH of the soil was 6.6 in one area and 7.4 in another. This is over 11 times the normal alkalinity of the soil which should be in the range of 5.0 to 5.5. It is important to note the tests were taken in the forest far removed from any highway or industry.

When asked what these changes can do to the ecosystem, Wigington replied by saying that it is devastating. He went on to say, “if this continues, we can only expect to see things get much worse. Not only are we seeing our trees dying here, but also a major decline in our wildlife and fish”. As a matter of fact, Wigington stated that according to The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, the salmon run, once seen in abundance in this area has declined from 769,868 in 2002 to 39,530 in 2009. That is over a 90 percent decline. Amazingly enough, this decline started occurring about the same period of time when residents began to see a dramatic increase in what they believe to be SAG programs. Wigington’s efforts to get these issues and test results addressed has been largely ignored by government agencies and officials.

After a closer look at Wigington’s property, my initial awe of the beauty and breath taking views led to sadness, frustration and anger over the contamination that is literally destroying the eco-system. This led me to investigate further by seeking an expert in biology. I packed up the car and headed north to the breathtaking town of Mt. Shasta. Mt. Shasta has been known for its beauty, clean air and as being the source of water for some bottled water companies. Many travel from around the world to mountain climb and vacation in this beautiful part of Western America.

Francis Mangels, BS in Forestry, Masters in zoology and a retired soil conservationist and wildlife biologist who worked for the U.S. Forest Service for over thirty five years, welcomed me into his beautiful home in the town of Mt. Shasta to discuss the “hidden” crisis that is occurring. Mangels alerted me to the rapid decline of fish in the nearby rivers and streams. Mangels brought me to a nearby creek that had an abundant supply of fish just a few years ago. Because the primary diet of the fish in the creek is aquatic insects, he performed a standard sample method to measure the amount of insects present. The samples he had performed before the alleged aerosol spraying campaign had yielded an average of 1000 aquatic insects. Our sample yielded only 31. This is over a 96% decline from samples taken just a few years ago. Mangels stated that because the fish live off of the insects, they are literally starving. This rapid decline is likely due to changes in the chemistry of the water. The only changes that Mangels is aware of are the dramatic increases of aluminum, barium and strontium which he believes is from SAG programs.

We also took time to test the pH of nearby soil and snow which contained over 10 times the alkalinity of the normal pH. Mangels has evidence that this drastic change in pH is also due to the massive increases of aluminum. He stated that forests, fields and farm ecologies thrive in acidic soils. Aluminum acts as a buffer that increases alkalinity and can decimate ecologies in large amounts. Mangels also pointed out that snow on Mt. Shasta was tested and sent to the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) who found results that contained 61,100 ug/l or parts per billion of aluminum and 83 ug/l of barium. The normal amount of aluminum in the snow at Mt. Shasta is 0.5 ug/l. Drinking water allowable is 50ug/l. That means that the snow on Mt. Shasta has tested at 1200 times more poisonous than water standards allow for aluminum. Mangels said, “Mountain climbers that come from around the world are drinking the poisonous water from the snow on the mountain”. Mangels went on to say that government action is required at just 1000 ug/l of detected aluminum. Although he alerted several government agencies of these findings, no governmental action has been taken to date.

Mengels brought me to several other locations around the town of Mt. Shasta where he tested the soil, rain, water and snow that also yielded tests that revealed the pH to be over ten times the normal alkalinity. He went on to say that these types of changes in soil, water and snow are very uncommon except in other areas around the world where people have been witnessing what many believe to be spraying from SAG programs. Mengels also stated that these changes have produced an “ecological crisis” and will have horrible consequences if continued. Mengels said, “Losses to our economy will be incredible and are on their way as we speak. Tree growth will be decreased which will result in the loss of logging jobs. It is also causing the decline of naturally occurring plant and grass growth that occurs in the normally acidic soils of grazing pastures, resulting in the demise of our grazing industry, fishing industry, and worst of all, basic agriculture in Northern California.”

What is amazing is that these tests and many others throughout the world are largely being ignored by the very governmental entities that are required to address them. Some politicians, like Mt. Shasta City Council member Ed Valenzuela may choose to ignore the issue. Valenzuela was made aware of the mass contamination at a city council meeting where he stated that the city did not want to sample the water for aluminum because the request was a “can of worms” that would, "open a Pandora's box" that the city would have to pay for. Although several local citizens volunteered to pay the $22.00 cost of the test at an EPA lab, both Republican Committee Chairman Russ Porterfield, and Valenzuela voted no to having the water tested. The mayor Stearns wanted the test, but was overruled by a 3-2 vote. This response is not uncommon as Mengels has presented this issue and his scientific data to over 15 local and federal agencies including Senator Feinstein and Senator Boxer’s office. To date he has received no response or action.

Is it a coincidence that the substances found in the rain, snow and soil in this region and around the world match the exact substances that scientists are “considering” implementing in various geo-engineering campaigns throughout the world? If not, then why have agencies and officials largely ignored these findings that are destroying our planet’s eco-system? Could it be that officials are fearful of exposing a massive cover-up of a world-wide ecological crime? Or is it the belief that this issue is simply too large and too complicated a problem for them to tackle? Whatever the reason for this ignorance, we need to demand that our questions and shocking test results get addressed not only in Shasta County, but in every part of the world. Our future on this planet is dependent on this issue being addressed.

Because this movement has come under attack from those who appear to be protecting the many political and corporate interests associated with SAG, it is essential that all of us around the world get involved by testing the rain, snow, soil and various outdoor surfaces and reporting the results to our elected officials and local environmental agencies. We must also reach out and educate all those involved with SAG who might be unaware of the environmental implications associated with their programs. Testing for pH changes and metals is simple and can be performed almost anywhere at a nominal price. Shasta County Coverup?

Numerous residents from Shasta County have reported multiple tests to the Shasta County Air Quality District that reveal a mass contamination of both aluminum and barium. Aluminum in free form is very toxic to eco-systems and human health. Residents of the county believe that the source of contamination is from geo-engineering/chemtrail programs that allegedly have been deployed on a mass scale during the past few years. Despite many attempts from concerned residents to get the office to look into this, no action has been taken to date to address this issue.

Watch as Michael J. Murphy and Paul Wittenberger confront Shasta County Air Quality District's Ross Bell on hidden camera about his alleged involvement with the cover-up. After watching, you will find that he has no intentions of addressing this important issue.

We are mostly now getting a full thin, glaring white veil of what I call ChemCover, like the first half of today, as opposed to the typical visible trails.

This is because NASA is now craftily using their new delivery system of rocket bursts over the Canadian Arctic.

That's why up until about noon on Tues or Wed we had nothing but the thin, glaring, silvery white death shroud filling the sky and then the trail method started happening in full force with each of the spray flights seeming to have Comox Air Base as their point of origin.

The same was true of today except that when the ChemCover drifted on by, we had beautiful natural clouds -- a very rare occurrence these days.

I have many spectacularly ugly Chembow or "Sundog" photos. One week last month, I snapped Chembows eight out of 12 days.

My 2 Cents on the Gulf Oil Spill

Can't help but wonder why the LORD brought me to the Gulf of Mexico at the same time as the now infamous Gulf oil spill? Maybe to document my findings since I now live 200 feet from the ocean and take almost daily walks on the still beautiful white sand and turquoise blue water.

In any case, here are my thoughts on the whole affair...

First, I trust NEXT TO NONE of those who are telling us what is going on: the contolled news media, the alternative news media, the government officials as well as those who post on message boards/blogs/youtube/etc.

Second, the fact that this event even happened is weird. No safety measures? no regulations? no oversight? this was one big "OOPS!"? Sorry, not buying it.

Third, the DAILY news coverage continually blasting in our faces is a BIG RED FLAG.

And fourth, looking at the satellite images from the get-go, MOST show nothing unusual (besides the ongoing black ops military toxic chemtrail geoengineering areosol spray activity) in the Gulf of Mexico. And the few images that appear to be oil, look fake and manipulated.

In conclusion, I've learned that that those who want to run the show will doing ANYTHING to gain wealth and power which includes fear mongering, lying, cheating, murder, etc etc etc. Satan of course is behind all this but his people are pulling the strings. Truly tragic and sad for the deceived.

Thanks so much for the articles Michael. Good luck on getting your documentary together on the Chem Trails.

Here is what I thought I may need for a lawsuit to prevent the planes from continuing to spray the Chem Trails. This is just a rough draft, since I am trying to keep a law practice running at the same time.

1. The best solid evidence that will connect the Chem trails in the skies to the toxics on the ground.

2. The best evidence connection to which or whose jets are spraying these chemicals. Perhaps we could give coordinates of times, directions, locations, etc. of the jets that we are watching doing the spraying, and ask the FAA to give us the information as which jets were in our skies at that time.

3. Which agencies shall we sue? EPA, Dept. of Defense, NORAD, Cal EPA, Air or Water Quality Control Boards? We would argue that these agencies have a statutory obligation to watch and safeguard our air and water, and they have breached their legal obligation to protect the public, despite the evidence we have that gives us enough information that the governmental agencies should follow up and get answers.

4. There should be some provisions in Fed or State Codes for us to seek not only compensation for harm, but also get an Order from the Court to force the Agencies to take action, as well as recover attorney's fees for us undertaking the lawsuit.

5. Perhaps there are others that know of suits or attorney sthat have undertaken these suits before and which laws we should sue under, be either Federal or State laws and courts.

6. We also want evidence regarding the type and nature of the harm on the ground, to animals water and humans, that can be connected to the barium, strontium, aluminum and other chemicals being sprayed.

7. Eventually we will need expert witnesses to be able to testify in court to convince the jury or the judge that this is actually happening, and it needs to be stopped.

Be aware that if we sue these agencies and we lose, we could be subjected to costs of defense of the suit. It may or may not include attorney's fees in our cost bill if we sue and lose, so it is important to have solid evidence before we file the suit.

But of course if we win, we should recover our costs and attorney's fees.

I just learned about this the other day...I think we listen to some of the same news sources... Anyway, it would not surprise me that there are more than one CIA funded operation across the USA. I read somewhere that this spraying is a NATO operation due to the fact that it is happening all over the world.

Just to let you know...I am checking my skies out everyday and plan to photograph what I see over my neighborhood and city of Modesto. I first heard about chemtrails in the middle 90's but had never seen any in my area of California. I was listening to the Art Bell show late in the evening and remember hearing people call in to discuss the chemtrails over Utah. Now it seems the spraying is nonstop and I am trying to make people more aware of what is going on over their heads.

I have two grandchildren that I watch on a daily bases.......and my grandson has mild autism and gets education on a daily basis in my home. When I was taking him to school each day during this year I noticed the skies and began taking photos with my iphone. Now I am busy tracking this every morning and there is a lot to be seen. Well I have to get back to the kids....so thanks for posting my photos and giving me the link.

I believe that Pineal airport in Arizona may be a hub, or station used by Chemtrail spray planes. Evergreen would be a likely suspect for running the American contribution to the world wide program. I suppose it would be fairly easy to monitor the air traffic at this airport to see if it corresponds with the huge volume of chemtrail flights that are being run.

In my opinion, I think that those who are running this program are not operating their planes out of a central hub, but rather operate out of multiple airports, and I'd bet that the planes are kept aloft all the time, the same way that commercial airplanes are constantly in the air, only on the ground for passenger pick up and refueling. I bet that the chemtrail planes come to this airport when they need their scheduled maintenance, but that's not all that often for modern planes, and when you consider that they don't need things like service to their commercial ovens, or passenger amenities, like a normal airliner, I bet that those planes spend 99% of their lives airborne, only on the tarmac long enough to swap out crews & take on fuel & take on their spray cargo.

The perps probably keep a small hanger at most large airports were they keep their equipment required for re-filling their spray tanks.

The scary thing about this operation is how few people are needed to keep it operational. They probably fuel from the same companies that fuel the airlines. I bet they just blend right in.

I'll tell you that L.A. has been totally innundated over the last month and a half. It's gotten so bad I can hardly stand it anymore. I took a trip last month to Utah, and on the way out of town, as I was driving along the 210 freeway I couldn't even see Mt. Baldy, or any of the San Bernadino mountains, and they are only 2 or 3 miles from the Freeway. What we are seeing nowadays is different than the chemtrails we usually see.

The spray they are using falls out of the sky much faster and stays close to the ground, creating a very white, luminous haze. People mistake it for smog, but it's clearly not smog, since smog is brown, and this stuff is very luminously white. Looking up durring the day I see alot of spray planes, but the spray they are applying is more diffuse is falls quickly and contributes to the overall coverage that is blanketting the entire city.

Back in the 80's and early 90's we had smog that was as thick, but it was clearly different. We had a few years from about 1993 to 1998, when we had no smog, and no chemtrails, and the San Fernando Valley was a beautiful place to be. You could see the mountains so clearly. People were always mentioning how nice it was to have clean air finally. Being in commercial real estate, I was often going into high rise office buildings, and selling the beautiful views.

When things changed it was so very apparant. No longer could I sell the beautiful views as something desirable.

I'm so sick of this, I want to move. I'd move if I could find a place that had legitimate clear skys. Utah is much better than L.A., but it still gets sprayed about 60% of the time. I was there for 2 weeks & I was able to enjoy a handfull of totally clear skys. It was a liberating feeling.

Eyes Wide Shut: Disease and Death from the Sky

(NaturalNews) There is one source of toxins and heavy metals that is virtually ignored by most health conscious people focusing on existing food, drug, and environmental toxins. Yet it exists as the unnoticed elephant in the room. It appears very often in most skies throughout the western world. Those who dare document their existence call them chemtrails.

Contrails or Chemtrails?

The difference is obvious to the naked eye. Contrails appear only at high altitudes, are thinner or more narrow than chemtrails, and dissipate very quickly. They are never longer than a few aircraft lengths, and they don't linger at all. Contrails are nothing more than exhaust vapors that have crystallized in the upper altitude's cold air, and those small ice crystals melt or evaporate quickly.

Chemtrails are much wider and thicker. They are long enough to cover the sky from horizon to horizon. As they linger, they get even wider, and they tend to drift toward the ground or space out into artificially created cloud patterns. What separates these patterns from contrails further is that they are not normal aircraft traffic patterns.

These differences are not from atmospheric conditions. You can see chemtrails and contrails in the same sky at the same time.

Chemtrails have been observed and photographed with tic-tac-toe patterns or huge Xs in the sky. Aircraft are often seen making U-turns to spray another trail. And unlike contrails, they can be shut off and on again.

The Toxins

Analyzed residues from chemtrails always show high levels of barium, aluminum oxide, strontium, and titanium, all heavy metals that we breathe in every time they spray. If they are apparently sprayed from or close to the engines, then traces of an extremely toxic banned jet fuel element, EDB or dibromoethane, are found in collected specimens.

These are in small enough particulate forms to breath in and contaminate soils and waters. Barium salts have been aerosol sprayed as chemical warfare agents. Barium can be more toxic than lead. Chronic aluminum exposure can cause all sorts of neurological damage and dementia. EDB is a carcinogenic nerve gas agent that causes severe neurological damage.

Even if you are not feeling immediate effects from these toxins, your immune system is compromised by constantly fighting them off. One needs be almost constantly detoxing!

How Come?

The exact hows and whys are unknown. That's due to information being mostly squelched, ignored or marginalized by the mainstream media, and by government agencies at all levels. It's like a vaccine injury cover up deja vu.

Recently, the City Council of the remote and pristine Mt. Shasta, California, dismissed factual reports of wildlife dieing off from these very toxins gathered from streams, rivers, and mountain top snow. The local paper made the chemtrail activists look like conspiracy kooks.

A retired conservative couple in rural Canada became concerned with the chemtrail activity over their homestead a few years ago. They took their years of acquired information, including photos and specimens, to a regional health agency, and they were dismissed as cranks.

When occasionally cornered with a large public outcry, the higher level agencies claim that chemtrails are part of a military exercise for radar jamming using metal particulates, or that they are geoengineering with aerosol sprayed metal particulates to create an atmospheric shield for global warming prevention.

So ultimately they're not denying the existence of chemtrails. They are leaving that denial up to all those who won't look up or even accept their existence as other than contrails when it's directly pointed out to them in the sky. See for yourself.

(Memphis 6/1/2010) A mystery is unfolding across MidSouth farms.

Something is killing crops, trees, even weeds and nobody can explain why.

Farmers are scratching their heads and some are worried their crops may be lost to the mysterious plague.

It's happening along a large swath of land near the Shelby and Tipton county border along Herring Hill Road and elsewhere near the Mississippi River bottoms.

Tiny dots appear to have burned onto leaves of all types of plants, and they appear different depending on the plant.

On corn stalks, the dots seem to turn white in the center.

On other plants, a white dust speckles the leaves and then destroys the green life underneath.

"We found it all in the herbs, in the flowers, in the plum tree, in the weeds," said organic farmer Toni Holt. "It's apparently in everything."

Holt grows organic produce that she sells at area farmers' markets.

As she and other farmers inspect the new growth covered in the perplexing plague, they fear their entire crop may be lost.

Less than ten miles from Holt's crops, the damage could possibly hit hundreds of acres of corn at Wilder Farms.

It appears to have hit everything in its path.

There does not seem to be anything in common with the affected plants.

The Holts raise organic crops, so they don't spray pesticides on any of their fruits and vegetables.

The first thought among some was a new parasite or insect caused the damage, but Wilder farms sprays pesticides and the damage there is exactly the same.

Farmers first noticed the damaging dots over the weekend.

Then Holt came home to find baby birds dead in their nests.

"There are two dead birds hanging out of two different bird houses, so we're concerned about that. We don't know if it's related, but it's alarming," said Holt. "We've got horses, we're concerned about the horses on the grass. We've got chickens. We sell our eggs at the market."

Farmers we spoke with are convinced something in the air caused this damage.

They're asking the USDA and other experts to look into the problem, and so are we.

The aerosol spraying of ours and many other nations' skies continues in 'plane' site. Watch your skies for yourself, or google "chemtrails" if this is news to you. Jets have never spewn emissions that hang over the skies for hours, unless doing some air show stunt or are low-flying small planes spraying crops. Even then the trails would disipate far sooner than these concoctions designed to do just what they do--hang and spread out--poisoning the air we breathe and the animal and plant life of earth, and polluting our oceans, lakes, rivers and drinking water. The degree of silence and cover-up of this toxic spraying is Orwellian. The most stunning aspect of this strange reality, besides the absence of admission by any authority, is the lack of media coverage of such an obvious and intrusive phenomenon. While in some ways that is sadly not surprising in today's clamp-down state controlled media, the idea that someone is purposely poisoning the very air we breathe on such a massive scale is harrowing.

Couple this massive spraying with the campaign for "clean air" and the emissions crack down on the victim citizens below, (even the life giving CO2 we emit!) and you have cognitive dissonance at its best. The two ideas are so contradictory the average citizen gives up trying to reconcile the two and goes into a state of rationalization. This translates into enforced acceptance of the status quo or phenomenon being introduced which eventually puts them into a docile state of apathy. It's a known method of scientific social and cultural manipulation, and it's used at every level of public information. Make war, get peace prize. Promise transparency, everything hidden. No lobbyists, all lobbyists. Global warming, planet cooling. Preserve freedom by more control. Save nations by destroying them..etc. etc.

Wikipedia: A powerful cause of dissonance is when an idea conflicts with a fundamental element of the self-concept, such as “I am a good person” or “I made the right decision.” The anxiety that comes with the possibility of having made a bad decision can lead to rationalization, the tendency to create additional reasons or justifications to support one’s choices.

It's conditioning, and we've been getting hit harder and harder with it, especially over the past 2 generations as the modern media machine gained it's grip. Hitler conveyed a similar, simpler precept for crowd control--tell a big enough lie and people will believe it. People just can't bring themselves to believe anyone could be so manipulative, so inhuman, especially their so-called "elected" goverment, as to perpetrate such horrific things on their own people.

Think again.

Read some real history. Oligarchs and rulers have routinely used their people to their own ends, or their handlers' ends, not ours. They just try to keep us sedated, distracted and thinking we're happy so we don't wake up, revolt, and throw them out.

The Sordid History of US Experimentation--On It's Own People

After World War I, the United States went on a chemical weapons binge, producing millions of barrels of mustard gas and Lewisite. Thousands of US troops were exposed to these chemical agents in order to "test the efficacy of gas masks and protective clothing". The Veterans Administration refused to honor disability claims from victims of such experiments. The Army also deployed mustard gas against anti-US protesters in Puerto Rico and the Philippines in the 1920s and 1930s.

In 1931, Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, then under contract with the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, initiated his horrific Puerto Rico Cancer Experiments, infecting dozens of unwitting subjects with cancer cells. At least thirteen of his victims died as a result. Rhoads went on to head of the US Army Biological Weapons division and to serve on the Atomic Energy Commission, where he oversaw radiation experiments on thousands of US citizens. In memos to the Department of Defense, Rhoads expressed his opinion that Puerto Rican dissidents could be "eradicated" with the judicious use of germ bombs.

In 1942, US Army and Navy doctors infected 400 prisoners in Chicago with malaria in experiments designed to get "a profile of the disease and develop a treatment for it." Most of the inmates were black and none was informed of the risks of the experiment. Nazi doctors on trial at Nuremberg cited the Chicago malaria experiments as part of their defense.

At the close of World War II, the US Army put on its payroll, Dr. Shiro Ishii, the head of the Imperial Army of Japan's bio-warfare unit. Dr. Ishii had deployed a wide range of biological and chemical agents against Chinese and Allied troops. He also operated a large research center in Manchuria, where he conducted bio-weapons experiments on Chinese, Russian and American prisoners of war. Ishii infected prisoners with tetanus; gave them typhoid-laced tomatoes; developed plague-infected fleas; infected women with syphilis; performed dissections on live prisoners; and exploded germ bombs over dozens of men tied to stakes. In a deal hatched by Gen. Douglas MacArthur, Ishii turned over more than 10,000 pages of his "research findings" to the US Army, avoided prosecution for war crimes and was invited to lecture at Ft. Detrick, the US Army bio-weapons center in Frederick, Maryland.

That's just for starters, folks. There's a littany of atrocities that were uncovered in FOI documents. Here's a few more:

From 1950 through 1953, the US Army released chemical clouds over six US and Canadian cities. The tests were designed to test dispersal patterns of chemical weapons. Army records noted that the compounds used over Winnipeg, Canada, where there were numerous reports of respiratory illnesses, involved cadmium, a highly toxic chemical.

In 1951 the US Army secretly contaminated the Norfolk Naval Supply Center in Virginia with infectious bacteria. One type was chosen because blacks were believed to be more susceptible than whites. A similar experiment was undertaken later that year at Washington, DC's National Airport. The bacteria was later linked to food and blood poisoning and respiratory problems.

Savannah, Georgia and Avon Park, Florida were the targets of repeated Army bio-weapons experiments in 1956 and 1957. Army CBW researchers released millions of mosquitoes on the two towns in order to test the ability of insects to carry and deliver yellow fever and dengue fever. Hundreds of residents fell ill, suffering from fevers, respiratory distress, stillbirths, encephalitis and typhoid. Army researchers disguised themselves as public health workers in order photograph and test the victims. Several deaths were reported.

In 1965 the US Army and the Dow Chemical Company injected dioxin into 70 prisoners (most of them black) at the Holmesburg State Prison in Pennsylvania. The prisoners developed severe lesions which went untreated for seven months. A year later, the US Army set about the most ambitious chemical warfare operation in history.

From 1966 to 1972, the United States dumped more than 12 million gallons of Agent Orange (a dioxin-powered herbicide) over about 4.5 million acres of South Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The government of Vietnam estimate the civilian casualties from Agent Orange at more than 500,000. The legacy continues with high levels of birth defects in areas that were saturated with the chemical. Tens of thousands of US soldiers were also the victims of Agent Orange. No, we're not the only country to commit such hideous crimes. In the UK it's the same:

The Guardian: The Ministry of Defence turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public.

A government report just released provides for the first time a comprehensive official history of Britain's biological weapons trials between 1940 and 1979.

Many of these tests involved releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population without the public being told.

While details of some secret trials have emerged in recent years, the 60-page report reveals new information about more than 100 covert experiments. UK Guardian

Back to the Current Chemtrail 'Experiments'

(Germans are being sprayed as well and are also upset. Many countries are reporting the same phenomenon. It's no longer if they're doing it, it's WHY?)

Even stranger is the now open admission of PLANNED aerosol programs under the name of "geoengineering" of exactly the nature that we've been experiencing in our skies as far back as 1995! This is similar to the "discoveries" of "new technologies" that have been available and used in covert projects in the military for years, such as lasers and microwave and infrared technologies to name just a few. By the time we hear about it it's well under control and either deployed or surpassed by a newer technology. This parallels the Orwellian introduction of known poisons into our food supply such as fluoride, aspartame, msg and genetically modified foods, only to "find out" later, once it's taken hold and they've made their money, "Ooops, our bad. It's toxic, we'll stop. But wait--we have some wonderful new chemicals to sell you.."

Here's one defintion of Chemtrails:

Streaks of chemicals created in the air by spray systems on airplanes at any altitude. Chemicals are sprayed via [typically unmarked] planes for many purposes including crop dusting and mosquito control. Also fuel is sometimes dumped to reduce weight before landing. But within the Chemtrail observer community Chemtrails are the product of an active large scale operation. Chemtrails are said to vary from contrails in their length of persistence. Source

Chemtrails have been found to contain:

Barium, Aluminum Oxide, Titanium, Magnesium, and BannEthylene dibromide (dibromethane) or EDB are the essential elements of the chemtrail. [Nano particles, dessicated human blood cells, bacteria, fungi and other toxic substances have also been detected.]

Aerosol Barium salts were sprayed from planes over Panama, Libya, and during Desert Storm to make people sick and weak. Barium poisoning is worse than lead poisoning. The lungs are affected adversely. Many complaints of colds, flu, even pneumonia occur within a very few days after heavy chemtrail spraying over an area.

Aluminum causes extreme neurological disorders. Dementia, uncontrollable spasms, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's Disease can be caused by long term aluminum exposure. Breathing in those particulates over time is a definite long term hazard.

EDB or dibromethane was banned in the USA years ago from use in all auto and jet fuels. But somehow it is appearing again in samples from chemtrail residue. It is a major component of insecticides, which are nerve poisons. It affects the nervous system especially where breathing is involved. And it is very carcinogenic. (Source)

Where's the Media In All This?
You won't see many mainstream media reports on chemtrails or the aerosol program, people are afraid to touch the subject. On the ground most people have become so Pavlovian that they can't even acknowledge anything that hasn't been formally introduced into the group consciousness. But now that people are beginning to wake up to this atrocity, they're beginning to disclose a plan to supposedly counteract the global warming emergency with a geoengineering project--or however they couch this program to suit the current mindset and pretend it was for our "good".

I've written the EPA, the Weather Channel, contacted local officials, and there's no official acknowledgement whatsoever. A friend called one of the California high desert airbases after watching her skies turn white with trails and one jet in particular was doing "doughnuts" over and over leaving a thick plume of this toxic slurry. The officer's answer? "You're crazy lady, there's nothing going on up there." The jet immediately left the area.

One brave reporter for an NBC affiliate in San Bernadino, California had the guts to tackle the issue. He clearly tries to address the problem with the obvious hindering trappings of mainstream media controls keeping him from stating the obvious.

Will anyone disclose the truth and call for a halt to this insanity and a full, real investigation? Here's an impassioned plea for help:

Perhaps the shakers in the Victoria, British Columbia tourism industry can find a way to sell the grey murkiness left behind by the determined aerial spraying going on overhead as an attraction to the city?

It may go something like: "Not getting enough chemicals in your atmosphere? Why not a vacation in Victoria, British Columbia, where planes criss-cross the sky all day providing a plethora of them, all free of charge!?"*

Or; "Are you a vampire; sensitive to bright sunny days and blue skies; Sjogren's Syndrome; then maybe Victoria's geo-engineered skies are for you?"

But then again, as a time-tested conspiracy theory, maybe an appeal to the X-Files (remember them?) crowd, like;

Yes, I know it's all a tin-foil hatted nut-bar idea; I mean, who would believe the government would allow the health of the people be endangered by untested substance released into the air, earth, and waters? It's foolish to think it.

But there is still the matter of those planes and their trails. Here's a letter to another site in response to an article someone had written there. The letter is by someone called Rose D'Amour. I didn't seek Rose's permission to republish, but I believe she would like you to read it:

Neither our politicians nor our newscasters report on this constant “phenomenon” of jets flying overhead spewing out something, whether it is water or chemicals. Personally, it’s hard to believe water condensation from jets could leave such long-lasting pseudo cloud trails that spread and linger until our beautiful sky turns into a grey cloudy mess. If these contrails are the result of larger, faster, higher-flying jets at different altitudes, then maybe we should turn our attention to toxic jet fuel being burned into greenhouse gases, and the waste dropping into our breathing air. This would be a better use of our time than as Hoffman wrote, “wishing that the airline industry actually would get paid by the government to spray the masses …” Is he not among the masses?
I suspect these jets are having a profound impact on our health, skies, and weather. I question whether allergies people are experiencing lately are the result of nature or whether they are the result of man-made airborne compounds.

Why indeed. In Victoria, our region's medical officer is famously critical of the pollution caused by cigarettes, filthy creation of Satan, but has yet to utter a word about the thousands of chemical sorties into the city's airshed. Just a conspiracy theory to him, I suspect.

Nevermind.

I mean, it's not like anyone has any physical proof; right? Excepting some video (that one has some cool tunes too). But there are others.

So, breathe deep the gathering plume Victoria. And, you tourists out there, dying to come visit Victoria, the grey eminence of destinations; where the skies are not cloudy, but murky all day; the line up begins on the left.

These are not passenger jets causing this. THe sky is blue in the morning clear. I am out and about all day with my kids taking them to various activities schedualed. by 10am that clear blue sky is covered in the lines of trails, by noon it is grey high altitude haze, by 1:30 there is a strange rainbow around the sun, but not the happy kind, the polluting looking kind. I worry what we are breathing, and plan my daily walk for a different day, I wonder what is falling down from the sky that is hazing up. The last time I saw major checkerboard patterns in the sky was last year driving out of Wisconsin. I have no idea what was happening there, perfect squares of contrails a perfect grid in the sky, most bizarre. Now it is happening more intense every year here in Victoria, we are not lab rats. THis past weekend was the most I have ever seen, Saturday May 15 2010 Victoria B.C. blue sky covered in contrails, we have a small airport, and our float planes don't do this from the harbour. These are disturbing, and worrisome. It looks to me that Germany has addressed this issue and conquered the constant pollution to their sky, why can't we do the same? my brother tells me there is no more patrol of our boarders in the sky now, so I know the United States is throwing junk in our backyard sky!! STOP IT NOW!

Is it a conspiracy?

Is there a massive government conspiracy developing in the skies over New Zealand?

A small group of Kiwi's think there is. Occasionally in the sky above us we'll spot a trail of thin white cloud coming from the back of an aircraft. Overseas these white vapour trails criss-cross the skies leaving a blue dome sky covered in long white scars.

Here in New Zealand, with limited air traffic and limited high altitude traffic, we only see these trails from time to time.

But while many of us assume these trails of clouds are simply condensation created by the super heated jet engines one particular WeatherWatch.co.nz reader disagrees - and strongly.

Clare Swinney runs the web site http://chemtrailsnorthnz.wordpress.com/ and she has dedicated a huge amount of time to educate people on what she believes these trails really are - not harmless jet trails, but instead Chemtrails - aerosols sprayed from an aircraft.

"They can look like condensation trails and are often mistaken for these, however they exhibit different properties, including that they can sometimes be seen lingering for hours in the sky and often appear in long straight lines, in parallel, and in areas which are not on commercial flight paths".

Clare says according to "respected aerosols researcher", Clifford Carnicom, who has been studying them since 1999, evidence indicates that they have 7 applications, which are:

1. Environmental modification and control;

2. Military;

3. Electromagnetic;

4. Biological;

5. Planetary and global modification;

6. Development of a surveillance system and

7. Use of material to detect exotic propulsion systems.

So I ask Clare - do you believe the New Zealand government is secretly creating chemical trails?

"One can find mention of chemtrails in New Zealand back in the December 2000 issue of Investigate Magazine, and see many photos of them polluting the New Zealand skies on the Internet. A man who lives in the Wellington region sent me a CD with over 300 photos of chemtrails.

"They are a reality. Yet people in our government are unwilling to address this issue, even though their families and their local environment will presumably be affected by them also. For example, in a reply to a recent request for information, the Minister of Health, Tony Ryall stated in a letter dated the 24th of March that he was advised there is no credible, published, scientific evidence that any such programmes exist".

I decided to dig a little deeper, asking Clare why the government would feel the need to keep it a secret?

"If our government representatives are unable to discuss what people around New Zealand can photograph occurring, it would suggest that these operations are not being conducted in the publics best interests. When I started to see chemtrails appearing in Whangarei earlier this year, I looked into what they are used for and read on Carnicoms and an award-winning weatherman, Scott Stevens website, that they are being used in weather modification operations to induce drought. Is it a coincidence that there is a drought in Northland and all this aerosol spraying activity occurring?" asks Clare.

"As well as the chemtrails, we have seen and photographed other evidence of weather modification technology being used in Whangarei, including pink and green-looking cloud material. According to Stevens, these colours are a result of the metallic compounds used in the aerosols. I have seen rain clouds that looked as if they had holes made in their bases.

"Stevens states on his website that these holes reduce the likelihood that it will rain. We have also seen many cloud formations that have distinct wave patterns in them and have photographed what looks like an oval strike and cloud filling in an area along a straight line, amongst other unnatural occurrences".

Next I got in touch with NIWA - New Zealand's National Institute of Water and Atmopheric research, to see if they knew anything about it.

Michele Hollis, Communications Manager at NIWA responded simply with "No, we are not doing any research on the topic of chemtrails".

I showed MetService weather ambassador Bob McDavitt photo's of the trails.

His response: "They look like ordinary vapour trails to me and that anyone thinking about any impact should take the scientific approach... Gather meaningful data, look for trends, then design an experiment to test their hypothesis, before jumping to
any conclusions".

Clare responded. "No, they are not normal jet trails. They exhibit quite different properties. Stay and watch one. [In March] we watched for about half-an-hour to see what happened to two aerosol trails [that had recently appeared] and saw the originally thin trails, puff out and develop into cloud-like material, which began sinking into a huge bank of aerosol material underneath them. They must have the technology to move large amounts of the aerosol material in the sky, and transport it to where they want it to go. The technology they have is way beyond what many people can imagine. It appears that they are doing a lot of the spraying out of view, which calls into question why they want to hide this operation from the public.".

I asked Clare what her training was in this area and related education.

"As the government denies it is occurring, it is difficult to get training in this field, unless you work for them. However, I am particular about who I acquire information from. I use well-respected sources in their fields, and I have an M.Sc. (Hons)"

Finally, I had to ask - are you a conspiracy theorist?

"The label is applied to those who question the government's version of events in any matter, which is very convenient for the government. There is an abundance of evidence regarding aerosol operations and weather modification technology available to those who are willing to consider it. A good place to start is the Northland New Zealand Chemtrails Watch website, Weatherwars.Info, Carnicom.com, Earthpulse.com and the sky."

As a weather analyst who works closely with the media, NIWA and MetService it sounds utterly unreal that the government of New Zealand would secretly carry out such dramatic events to control our weather - especially keeping it secret from us. Considering the Labour party was running the country for much of the 2000s with the help of the Greens I find it even harder to accept considering their heavy pro-environment stance.

Also, most cloud seeding that has been carried out in the past has happened at relatively low altitude levels - and it more often than not fails. Around the world, cloud seeding as never been kept secret by those who try it, that I'm aware of.

Lastly, while the drought in Northland is terrible for those involved in it, it's certainly not a national emergency that warrants the government taking such radical action as secret aerial spraying from jet aircraft.

Where do these planes get their chemical cargo from? I can't imagine there's a spot at Auckland Airport that no one notices a giant 767 pulling up to be filled with a secret chemical. Likewise at our airbases, the locals would quickly see something unusual and report it to the media.

Clare is absolutely entitled to her opinion and I find her emails most interesting to read.

Treasure Valley, Idaho -- Weather modification. Russian defense. Asian mafia. Those are just some of the many theories behind why some say "chemtrails" are real.

They claim some planes are spraying chemicals in the air that then fall to the ground, hurting our environment, our crops, and our health. Others say no, they don't exist.

Some Treasure Valley residents say we need to look up, and keep a closer eye on what we're seeing in the skies. A local man known as "Mr. Smith" says normal condensation trails are ice crystals that come of jet aircraft engines, and only last in the sky for 16 seconds or so. Meanwhile, chemtrails don't dissipate quickly, and end up spreading out in the sky, and Smith is worried about potential health effects.

"It's a composition between barium salt and aluminum and also polymer fibers. These chemicals, they're being sprayed on us every other day and we're breathing them in," said Smith.

Another big question is if chemtrails exist, why? Some point to weather modification or communication systems, while others say more sinister acts could be at work.

"They also use it for defense. I don't want to get too deep into that. I'll leave it up to the viewer to kinda look into that themselves," said Smith.

Smith is not alone in his concerns. The Internet is filled with thousands, if not millions, of articles, websites, blogs and videos on chemtrails. Smith says one person in particular adds credibility to the issue.

"If you google A.C. Griffith, he's a former N.S.A. employee, had C.I.A. top clearance, and he was one of the few people who made it inside this program to live and talk about it," said Smith.

FOX 12 checked in with the Idaho Division of Air Quality and officials told us their monitors measure what's in the air at low levels, not high altitudes. But even if what's up there made it down here, the agency says it doesn't have the technology to pinpoint just where it all came from. So the particulates could come from cars, or factories, or any source. Air quality leaders add there are traces of metal in the air, but that's common in cities of industry, and levels here are not alarming.

Smith's reaction?

"It's baloney. I mean clearly we never have experienced this. People know, the ones who pay attention know."

According to him, chemtrails last longer in the sky, spread out, and block the sun.

"I'm just angered. I wanna be able to look up and see the blue sky, and enjoy the sunshine on my face," said Smith.

But a contrails fact sheet sent to Fox 12 by the EPA, NASA, N.O.A.A., and FAA explains that "persistent contrails" -- made of frozen water vapor -- stick around and grow in the sky when humidity is high. The Air Force agrees.

"The upper atmospheric conditions also define how long the contrails will hang in place, how long it takes for them to dissipate," says Col. James McGovern with the Mountain Home Air Force Base.

"Certain days they're higher than others, certain days they're lower that others; it happens at different altitudes," counters a resident calling himself "Mr. Jones," who says he didn't think much about contrails until he kept seeing more of them, lasting longer, in gridlike patterns.

Then he started doing his own research.

"This is kinda shrouded in mystery and authorities, officials we can ask questions of about this kinda have blanket answers," said Jones.

But McGovern says people should not be worried about the white trails in the sky.

"I can tell you there's no aircraft, at least in the military, that produces any kind of chemical off the engines that's being dropped intentionally on populations," he said.

Meanwhile, Jones says people should dig deeper and come to their own conclusions.

"The more awareness that's out there, that's gonna create some pressure where at some point there's gonna have to be some answers. And it's gonna have to come from the people responsible for doing this. And awareness is a powerful thing," said Jones.

Chemtrails were included as a term for "exotic weapons systems" in the first draft of U.S. House Bill 2977, known as the Space Preservation Act of 2001. The term was taken out in later versions and the bill never made it out of committee.

"Chemtrails" on the Internet, Radio and Television

TREASURE VALLEY, ID - Most of us are used to seeing the long white trails from aircraft in the sky, known as contrails. But when those trails spread out and don't dissipate quickly, some locals get worried. They claim toxic chemicals are being sprayed from planes, and they join others around the world, concerned about what they call "chemtrails."

The question of chemtrails has been on the news nationwide. KSLA News 12 in Louisiana even took a resident's collection of water and particles to a lab, finding barium levels three times higher than EPA standards allow. Some claim chemtrails can interrupt T.V. weather forecasts, when the government sends out what's known as "chaff" to experiment with the radar system.

The Discovery Channel took on the topic, broadcasting an in-depth series on whether or not chemtrails exist. "We haven't seen any evidence of strange chemicals," said one scientist. Meanwhile, a journalist told Discovery, "Air traffic controllers have privately expressed concern to us, the investigators, of public health concerns, because of particulate matter coming down that could very well be bringing down viruses, fungi and bacteria that lives and breeds in the upper atmosphere."

We all know you can't believe everything you see on the internet, but a Google search brings up more than 1.3 million results, while searching "chemtrails" on Youtube, and you'll find ten different categories, and more than 51,000 video postings. In those, one viewer recorded video of white streaks in the sky, noting a familiar tic-tac-toe pattern. In another video, Rosalie Bertell, an epidemiologist, commented, "It's not natural to have something criss-crossing in your sky and staying around for hours."

Radio also addresses the issue. A.C. Griffith, a man who had top secret security clearance associated with the C.I.A. and N.S.A., is considered by many believers to be a credible source. On radio show "The Power Hour," he claimed to be one of the only people to get into the military aerosol program he described as Operation Cloverleaf. "It's a mix of barium salt, not coming out of engines, coming out of aerosols." Griffith called chemtrails "the most secretive thing I have ever encuntered; people have died over this, talking about it."

Government agencies and the military dispute the existence of chemtrails, saying contrails are simply ice particles at different elevations and temperatures. Some locals says there's more to the story, and while you should take what you learn with a grain of salt, concerned residents are glad to see the internet, television and radio getting involved.

One man says, "Clearly people aren't crazy; they're seeing their blue skies disappear and get hit with a veil of this stuff; they're tired and they want answers!"

Chemtrails: The Consequences of Toxic Metals and Chemical Aerosols on Human Health

For decades, we have known that heavy metals and chemicals can cause grave physical harm. Going back to Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring,” we have known and been amply warned of the serious consequences of using or being exposed to these poisons in our daily activities. Thousands of these are well-documented carcinogens.

Building on Carson’s ground-breaking research, we also know that certain kinds of chemicals can and do disrupt human [and other animals’] entire immune system. Going back 30 years, researchers were investigating what became known as endocrine [hormone] disrupting chemicals and how they were affecting frogs [who sometimes had five legs or hermaphroditic characteristics], other aquatic animals, and mammals. These animals were the proverbial canaries in the coal mine. In another pioneering book, “Our Stolen Future,” authors Dr. Theo Colburn, Dianne Dumanoski, and John Peterson Myers clearly demonstrate that 1 + 1 hormone-disrupting chemicals did not equal 2. Rather, in a nightmare of mathematical proportions, these poisons acted synergistically; and 1+1 could equal up to 1,600 times the original dose. We are also exposed to more than 100,000 chemicals regularly. Most of them have never been tested for human safety. So, almost nothing has been done to reduce human exposure to a myriad of hazardous chemicals. In fact, over the past decade, the Bush administration dismantled many environmental laws in existence for 30 years, to let corporations off the proverbial hook. [Just look at what’s unfolding in the Gulf with the BP oil spill.]

Although this information, on the dangers of hormone disruption, is now more widely available on Internet sites, it still is not well known by the average person who gets news mostly from mainstream media.(1) Most of these highly toxic chemicals are invisible; and, therefore, are easily off our collective radar. With the high stress level created by the deliberately orchestrated financial crisis --where millions have lost their jobs and homes– a degraded/collapsing environment or serious health problems are not priorities –especially, if very little is reported in mainstream news. This disaster scenario is part of the larger picture of what Naomi Klein writes about in her book “The Shock Doctrine.” We have so many major crises, one after another, that it is hard just to keep up with one’s daily routine –let alone have time to read and consider the toxicological health ramifications of massive amounts of thousands of heavy metals and chemicals that have poisoned our entire food chain and, thus, our own supposed “health.” We are at the very top of this wrecked food chain.

Now, however, there is another far more insidious layer of toxicity that is not being addressed at all in any mainstream, corporate-controlled news, and it is affecting our very survival. It is, however, being addressed more and more by independent researchers who have supporting evidence to back up their Internet reports.

For more than a decade, first the United States and then Canada’s citizens have been subjected to a 24/7/365 day aerosol assault over our heads made of a toxic brew of poisonous heavy metals, chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients. None of this was reported by any mainstream media. The US Department of Defense [DOD] and military have been systematically blanketing all our skies with what are known as Chemtrails (also known as Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering).(2) These differ vastly from the usual plane contrails that evaporate rather quickly in the sky. Chemtrails do not dissipate. Rather, planes (fitted with special nozzles) release aerosols “lines” in the sky that do not evaporate. Multiple planes are deployed, flying parallel (or often “checkerboard” patterns) overhead; and soon the sky is blanketed with many grayish-white lines [miles and miles long, although this is changing]. At first, these lines are thin; but soon they expand and, in a short time, merge together. Our once-blue sky has vanished and has been replaced by a grayish-white toxic haze that blots out and greatly diminishes our usual sunshine.

Military and commercial planes are involved in more than 60 secret operations. Last year, when I flew across the country, I saw a United Airlines jet (flying below us at about 37,000 feet) spraying a black aerosol that went for miles and miles across the sky. This clandestine program now includes aerosol-spraying planes in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand [all NATO countries]. Hundreds (if not thousands) of people have called and written their public officials to get answers. Replies from US and Canadian officials are not forthcoming; or, if they do reply, queries are dismissed. This remains an ongoing, deliberate cover-up. No one is held accountable, while we continued to be poisoned daily. This is not the first time, however, that citizens are being used as experimental laboratory test subjects. The US government and its military have a very long and sordid history of using us, without informed consent, in this illegal manner. As Carole Pellatt notes:

The U.S. military has been spraying chemical and biological weapons in open air testing over civilian populations since the 1940’s. They are called “vulnerability tests”. This is not a controversial statement. The military has admitted to this practice on many occasions and there’s plenty of documentation from the government to corroborate it. There is also documentation of intentional, experimental releases of radiation on civilian populations. Unfortunately, this information tends to surface long after it could have saved lives, or eased the suffering of victims.(3)

Over the past decade, independent testing of Chemtrails around the country has shown a dangerous, extremely poisonous brew that includes: barium, nano aluminum-coated fiberglass [known as CHAFF], radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and polymer fibers. Barium can be compared to the toxicity of arsenic.(4) Barium is known to adversely affect the heart. Aluminum has a history of damaging brain function. Independent researchers and labs continue to show off-the-scale levels of these poisons. A few “anonymous” officials have acknowledged this on-going aerosol spraying.(5)

Numerous tests have been done to verify that these poisons are off the scale in their toxicity. They are documented in our water, in our soil, and in our air. For more than 10 years, researcher Clifford Carnicom has been valiantly and systematically reporting on the various detrimental aspects of these aerosols –and what they are doing to our entire environment, as well as our blood.(6) Various “sky watch” groups also have been carefully documenting and diligently reporting about these daily assaults.(7)

With all these poisons surrounding our every breath, it is not surprising to see a dramatic increase in illnesses. There are numerous reports of the increase in cardiac deaths and upper respiratory illnesses (asthma, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, and often multiple chronic illnesses). Chemtrails toxicity has already dramatically affected our deteriorating “collective health.” The significant increase in heart disease and various upper respiratory illnesses has been linked to a vast increase in “particulate matter” in our air. This can be seen by some revealing statistics:

1. Coronary heart disease is now the leading cause of death in the US. According to the CDC, in 2006, 631,636 died of heart disease. This means 1 out of every 5 Americans are affected.(8)

In Canada, every seven minutes someone dies of heart disease.(9)

2. Asthma and upper respiratory illnesses. Between 100-150 million people suffer from asthma worldwide. In the US, 16.4 million adults have asthma and 7 million children have it. Chronic bronchitis and emphysema: 9.8 million Americans were diagnosed with chronic bronchitis this past year; for emphysema the figure is 3.8 million.(10) Total: 37 million Americans afflicted.

In Canada, 2.4 million have been diagnosed with asthma.

3. Particulate matter in air pollution. Particulate matter [PM] consists of tiny particles 10 microns or less. [1 micron is about 1/70 the thickness of a single human hair.] These particles can lodge in the deepest part of your lungs; and over a period of time, they can damage lung function. This kind of pollution, that we breathe daily, can and does cause various upper respiratory illnesses, coronary heart disease, and premature aging and death. Particulate matter can also exacerbate any existing illness.(11) Unanswered questions: Does hazardous particulate matter act in synergistic ways in human bodies (as do endocrine disrupting chemicals)? How does PM affect millions who already have multiple chronic illnesses?

Brain Injury

Even with the increases in preventable illnesses, the issue that has not been linked or addressed –with what Clifford Carnicom rightly calls “aerosol crimes”– is the deterioration of cognitive function. Our immune system is already under siege daily; and this has resulted in millions (possibly billions) of people with not just one illness, but often multiple ones. The skin, the largest organ in our body, is a permeable membrane. This means that invisible toxins in our air, including Chemtrails and other highly dangerous chemicals, go right into our skin. Poisoned rainwater (or snow touching our skin) does the same thing. When the air we breathe is filled with a dangerous assortment of toxins, with each breath we take, these poisons assault our entire immune system. These poisons also affect our brain and, thus, our cognitive function.

Aluminum is a major component in these aerosols. Although it is our planet’s most abundant metal, our body has no biological need for it. Pesticide Action Network North America [PANNA] lists it as “toxic to humans, including carcinogenicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity, and acute toxicity.”(12) Yet, aluminum is commonly used [this is a very short list] in vaccines, deodorants and anti-perspirants, over-the-counter medications, soft drink and beer cans [aluminum leeches from the cans], baking powder, cake mixes, processed cheeses, and other food products and additives. Over years, aluminum accumulates in the brain, tissues, and to a lesser amount the bones. It causes brain degeneration, dysfunction and damage –due to the blockage and reduced blood flow and oxygen of brain arteries. The brain shrinks, as brain cells die. This causes dementia. Symptoms include: emotional outbursts, paranoia, forgetfulness and memory loss, speech incoherence, irritability, diminished alertness, changes in personality, and poor/bad judgment. All these are on the rise, as more than 4-million Americans are afflicted. Brain deterioration and dementia take decades to cause serious and visible harm. Eventually, however, dementia is fatal. “Alzheimer’s” is now being used incorrectly as a catch-all term for all kinds of dementia. Just a few days ago, the front page of the New York Times had a headline: “More with Dementia Wander from Home.”(13) People afflicted with, what the Times terms “Alzheimer’s” were interviewed. One person mentioned he “has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s.” This is patently wrong. Alzheimer’s dementia can only be accurately diagnosed after death when a post-mortem can be done. However, heavy metals poisoning can be diagnosed through lab testing; but this is rarely done for basic check-ups.

What is not addressed in this increase in dementia is the more than 10 years of breathing Chemtrails with nano aluminum-coated fiberglass. Billions of tons have been sprayed on us.

With all these sources of aluminum added to the air we breathe with each breath, the cumulative toxicity is very high. Even in daily events, it is obvious –to anyone who is paying attention– that many people are behaving oddly. While it may be considered “anecdotal” reporting, there are millions of people whose behavior is strange. There have been numerous times in just the past year when I have asked someone a question and received an answer that is totally unrelated. There have been more and more uncontrolled outbursts in public areas: someone “snaps” for no apparent reason. Violence levels are up. Look at all the shootings on school campuses. There are more unexplained auto accidents that never should have happened. In just one day a few weeks ago, I witnessed three traffic accidents that need not have happened. The news is full of these stories.

Add to this already highly toxic body burden is the US military’s use of aluminum in its aerosols. It is used because of its electrical conductivity, durability, and light weight. The US Air Force reported in 1997 that it released “2 million, 6-7 ounce bundles of CHAFF.” These are laid by military aircraft form 15-50 miles in length.(14) Another unanswered question: Why is the USAF not releasing up-to-date figures?

A 2002 report notes that: “over the last 25 years, the US Navy [has released from planes] several hundred thousand pounds of aluminized chaff during flight operations over a training area on the Chesapeake Bay.”(15) If the Navy used hundreds of thousands of pounds in just this small area of the US, what could be extrapolated for the release of possibly billions of tons of nano aluminum by all the military divisions throughout the US and Canada more recently than 2002? CHAFF is being stored that has lead in it. Has that been released, without our knowledge, and added to these aerosols? What enormous, yet invisible, harm has that created for all of us?

Dr. Hildegarde Staninger reported last year that “exposure to aerial emissions of nano composite materials resulted in cholinesterase inhibition.”(16) The human body has three kinds of cholinesterase: for the brain, for plasma (manufactured by the liver), and red blood cells. Some pesticides and nerve gases (such as VX, an organophosphate) inhibit cholinesterase. The chronic inhibition of this enzyme (that normally circulates in red blood cells), caused by the spraying of these Chemtrails aerosols [for weather modification, but also used for mosquito and other insect eradication], causes chronic poisoning. This exposure causes severe neurological disorders, including paralysis in humans.

In a ground-breaking 2003 online essay, Dr. Kaye Kilburn, asks: “Why is Chemical Brain Injury Ignored?”(17) His article lists 13 concealed factors that affect our willingness to believe that dangerous chemicals do affect the brain. They include:
1. “It’s all in your head” [meaning real symptoms are ignored by allopathic medicine].

2. Resistance to vulnerability [individuals, and society collectively, cannot believe the brain is at risk].

3. The acceptance of mind-altering prescription drugs [such as Paxil] that can and do affect the brain [millions are on anti-depressants –what long-term damage does that also do to cognitive thinking?].

4. Chemical brain injury is considered not to be “an imminent threat.”

5. Competition from other serious threats [causing indifference or denial];

6. Delay in acknowledging health risks.

7. Economic interests [delaying tactics by big corporations are well known –delay continues profits and ignores taking responsibility –We are all expendable for corporate profits].

8. The field of neurology has been slow to consider causes [how many independent researchers are left who do not have any ties to the pharmaceutical/chemical companies?].

In all these valuable reasons for not addressing this human crisis, the one that Dr. Kilburn has not addressed directly is the chronic assault of breathing/absorbing these now billions of tons of hazardous aerosolized chemicals and heavy metals over more than a decade without our informed consent. When one does not look for or address primary causes, then other issues can be blamed. This, on top of a government’s silence or refusal to respond and the corporate media’s complicity, make for an extremely dangerous combination that puts us all at grave and daily risk. As brain function is diminished, and other things are blamed for it, any population is easier “to control.”

Dr. Kiburn’s research clearly shows that chemicals do affect and seriously harm the brain [and, thereby, cognitive function]. Chemicals –especially a daily onslaught of toxic chemicals over many years– can damage our ability to think clearly. Even if we find this hard to believe, the evidence is there. Dr. Kilburn has expanded this essay into the first book to research this: “Chemical Brain Injury” (published in 1998). Dr. Kilburn notes:

The brain’s preservation represents the only possibility of survival for mankind. To find in many parts of the country and in many individual patients that its function is eroded seriously by chemicals, chemicals that have been introduced into the environment basically in the last 50 years, is bad news indeed.(18)

It seems almost unbelievable that millions/billions of people could look up at the sky and not notice the dramatic changes that have occurred from what it was, for instance, in the mid-1990s. Then our sky was a gorgeous, deep blue. Clouds were a beautiful assortment of shapes. The sun was glorious. But people under 30, may not have a real sense of recollection about looking up every day and seeing this panoramic magnificence. Most of them are too busy texting or chatting on their cell phones. There are other issues to consider, as well: People are in their own comfort zones; and denial is a very powerful human emotion. In the hustle and bustle (now quite out of hand, for reflective time), how many people look up at the sky? It also takes huge courage, a very deep, internal willingness to examine politically motivated corporate controlled media spin, and search for the real answers. Humans like their regular routines. To re-examine what we think we know, based on new evidence, takes a willingness to think outside the proverbial box; to want to find out the truth –not the pervasive Orwellian doublespeak that pervades our society. If everything in our daily routine belies what is truly going on, it requires fortitude to explore the unknown –to question the litany.

Another courageous person is Dr. R. Michael Castle who continues to address the Chemtrails toxicity issue. He is a noted polymer chemist who has been interviewed frequently and has written articles about the extreme hazards of Chemtrails. Dr. Castle has also written a ground-breaking document, the Universal Atmospheric Preservation Act [UAPA]. This document has been in Congress since 2008; but is tied up in committee. Given these issues, since our collapsing society has so many different levels of deceit –the financial debacle, the lies and deceit of government and the Federal Reserve blaming people for the housing/mortgage nightmare, the emerging police state, the disasters that envelope our fragile environment– it becomes increasingly difficult just to maintain a daily routine and survive the economic depression and its daily fallout. Mainstream media does its supporting role and deceives us. Millions, like the proverbial lemmings, hasten to join the group demise. There are countless historical instances of this collective insanity. We Homo sapiens [sic, wise men?] have never learned the lessons of 5,000 years of history. This is because each new generation of corrupt political leaders (often tied historically to previous ones) never has the real interest of their constituents as a basic part of their political practice. Further, there is no Precautionary Principle in place.(19) It’s not the way the political game of deception works. Precaution is not part of an equation that is broken from the beginning. Humans are gullible and want to believe the Orwellian deceptions.

To add to this already heavy burden, to ask uninformed, although supposedly “well educated” [What does that actually mean, given that much of our higher education has omitted much of what Prof. Peter Dale Scott calls “deep political events” that never get into our history books?] people to reconsider what they think they know about what is really going on –this takes enormous internal strength. It requires profound courage. The basis of this “courage” actually means creating new synaptical pathways in the brain. Without them, we feel scared, nervous…because those new synapses have not yet been created. It takes repeated effort, and, thus, an emerging sense of ease, to create these new synapses.

If, however, millions of people are already on prescription pharmaceuticals to “calm them down” [long term, what is this doing to their ability to think clearly?] and, in addition, are breathing poisoned air rife with mind-distorting chemicals, then how clearly (if at all) is anyone able to think? How can anyone feel well and safe, if the very air we breathe is deliberately poisoned and is affecting our ability to think cogently? It is already evident that no one in any official capacity is willing to tell the truth. It is like Diogenes, the ancient Greek, searching for a truthful individual. No one seems to have the desire, or courage, or authority to stop this massive poisoning, because it is the secret plan of the elite insiders to deliberate destroy everything we once knew.

Our BASIC human rights, constitutional and international laws are mere paper. These rights and laws have all been torn asunder by those in charge. It has been done by stealth. We must organize peacefully. PEACEFULLY is the operative word. If these many-pronged aerosol attacks by military and commercial planes can spray these horrific toxins on us, year after year with impunity –against all laws– then it is absolutely imperative that we organize peacefully. As Peter Dale Scott notes in Jason Bermas’ new DVD “Invisible Empire”: we must use the Internet and our peaceful intellectual powers to come together and shut this nightmare down. It is possible to do this.

When Drake Bailey looks up, he doesn't see Mother Nature at work. Instead, this Venice, Florida resident says he sees the weather ‘big brother' wanted him to have.

"When I was a kid in the 1950's, winters were different. Well, has anything changed that? You start asking questions and eventually you end up at places that give you the answers," Bailey told us.

His answer? Chemtrails.

But in order to understand chemtrails, you need a little science lesson about their counterparts called contrails. Contrail is short for condensation trail, or the visible trail of condensed water vapor made by the exhaust of airplane engines.

Bailey's theory is that chemicals are being added to jet fuel turning contrails into chemtrails. The government then uses ground technology to superheat the air, releasing those chemicals. Depending on the type of chemical, rain clouds will form, or be prevented from forming. The end result? The government can control droughts, floods, even hurricanes.

Both the History and the Discovery channel have produced documentaries about the theory. Books have been written; even federal agencies like the Air Force and the Environmental Protection Agency have had to address thousands of inquiries about the subject.

Where's the proof? Well, scientists have put chemicals in the atmosphere before.

Meteorologists call it cloud seeding. While it has a very minimal effect, scientists have produced rain by spreading dry ice, or silver iodide, in the upper parts of clouds.

In the 1960s and '70s the government attempted something similar with a project called Storm Fury. It was a partnership with the Navy to try and reduce the strength of hurricanes by cooling and weakening the storm's core.

"The problem is, this Storm Fury idea didn't work," said Dr. Chris Landsea, with the National Hurricane Center in Miami. "They tried it around a few storms. It turns out what they were doing essentially had no effect."

As for chemtrails? Dr. Landsea says they're not real.

"Unfortunately, large-scale weather modification is just science fiction at this point. There are theories into how you could do it but practicality it just doesn't work," he said.

He says what theorists call chemtrails, are really lingering contrails produced by the right weather conditions. We may see more of them in Florida because our high humidity can make contrails grow and stick around for much longer than in places with lower humidity levels.

But Bailey doesn't buy it, and neither do thousands of others who blame the government, not Mother Nature, for the weather.

Moving to Florida via Interstate 40 and have enjoyed clear blue skies in New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma!

Rig had history of spills, fires before big 1

During its nine years at sea, the Deepwater Horizon oil rig operated by BP suffered a series of spills, fires — even a collision — because of equipment failure, human error and bad weather. It also drilled the world's deepest offshore well.

But Deepwater Horizon's lasting legacy will undoubtedly be the environmental damage it caused after it exploded and sank, killing 11 crew and releasing an estimated 210,000 gallons of oil a day into the Gulf of Mexico.

What likely destroyed the rig in a ball of fire last week was a failure -- or multiple failures -- 5,000 feet below. That's where drilling equipment met the sea bed in a complicated construction of pipes, concrete and valves that gave way in a manner that no one has yet been able to explain.

Oil services contractor Halliburton Inc. said in a statement Friday that workers had finished cementing the well's pipes 20 hours before the rig went up in flames. Halliburton is named as a defendant in most of the more than two dozen lawsuits filed by Gulf Coast people and businesses claiming the oil spill could ruin them financially. Without elaborating, one lawsuit filed by an injured technician on the rig claims that Halliburton improperly performed its job in cementing the well, "increasing the pressure at the well and contributing to the fire, explosion and resulting oil spill."

Remote-controlled blowout preventers designed to apply brute force to seal off a well should have kicked in. But they failed to activate after the explosion.

Scott Bickford, a lawyer for several Deepwater Horizon workers who survived the blast, said he believes a "burp" of natural gas rose to the rig floor and was sucked into machinery, leading to the explosion.

Halliburton's said "it is premature and irresponsible to speculate on any specific causal issues."

Before last week's catastrophe, Deepwater Horizon's most recent hiccup occurred in Nov. 2005, when the rig — under contract with BP — spilled 212 barrels of an oil-based lubricant due to equipment failure and human error. That spill was probably caused by not screwing the pipe tightly enough and not adequately sealing the well with cement, as well as a possible poor alignment of the rig, according to records maintained by the federal Minerals Management Service.

Following that spill, MMS inspectors recommended increasing the amount of cement used during this process and applying more torque when screwing in its pipes.

Experts say the number of safety incidents experienced by Deepwater Horizon isn't unusual for an industry operating in harsh conditions. And it is difficult to draw any connections between those problems and last week's deadly explosion, they say.

"These are big, floating cities," said Tyler Priest, a historian of offshore oil and gas exploration. "You're always going to have minor equipment failure and human error, and of course they're operating in a hurricane prone environment."

Because vessels like the Deepwater Horizon operate 24 hours a day, Coast Guard officials said minor equipment problems appear frequently. But if they go unfixed such incidents could mushroom into bigger concerns.

- In Feb. 2002, just months after the rig was launched from a South Korean shipyard, it spilled 267 barrels of oil into the Gulf after a hose failed, according to MMS records.

- In June 2003, the rig floated off course in high seas, resulting in the release of 944 barrels of oil. MMS blamed bad weather and poor judgment by the captain. A month later, equipment failure and high currents led to the loss of 74 barrels of oil.

- In January 2005, human error caused another accident. A crane operator forgot he was in the midst of refueling a crane, and 15 gallons of overflowing diesel fuel sparked a fire.

The rig was being used by BP during all of the above incidents.

The Coast Guard, which is supposed to ensure the vessels are seaworthy, keeps its own set of safety records on the Deepwater Horizon.

From 2000 to 2010, the Coast Guard issued six enforcement warnings and handed down one civil penalty and a notice of violation to Deepwater Horizon, agency records show.

On 18 different occasions during that period the Coast Guard cited the vessel for an "acknowledged pollution source." No further details about the type of pollution were immediately available.

The agency also conducted 16 investigations of incidents involving everything from fires to slip-and-fall accidents.

Steven Sutton, who oversees offshore drilling inspectors in the Coast Guard's New Orleans office, said the number of accidents and incidents reported on the Deepwater Horizon didn't strike him as unusual.

A collision with a towing vessel reported on June 26, 2003 could have created safety problems over the long term if the $95,000 damage to the rig's hull wasn't adequately repaired, Sutton said. The collision risked compromising the rig's watertight integrity or weakening the structure that supports the drilling operation, he said.

Guy Cantwell, a spokesman for the rig's owner Transocean Ltd., said Friday that the Swiss-based company planned to conduct its own investigation of what caused last week's explosion.

"Any prior incidents were investigated," he said. "Any speculation that they are related to the Deepwater Horizon incident is speculation."

Both Transocean and BP PLC cited comments made Monday by Lars Herbst, the regional director for the Minerals Management Service, who said the companies had a good history of compliance.

Last week's blowout was "an aberration in the history of the Gulf for the last 40 years" during which the industry has refined and automated much of the work on the estimated 3,500 rigs currently operating in the Gulf, said Priest, a professor and director of Global Studies at the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

"The industry is going to learn a lot from this. That's what happens in these kinds of disaster," he said, citing the 1988 explosion of the Piper Alpha rig in the North Sea and the 1979 blowout of Mexico's IXTOC I in the eastern Gulf.

Britain overhauled its safety requirements after the North Sea incident, which killed 167 men, and companies have since spent billions upgrading emergency equipment and improving their operating procedures.

Norway, which has huge oil and gas reserves in the North Sea, requires rigs to have at least two independent systems to trigger the blowout preventer.

Deepwater Horizon was considered state-of-the-art when it was built in 2001 by Hyundai Heavy Industries, Cantwell said. It was designed to withstand 118-mile an hour winds and waves as high as 41 feet. Last year, it set a world record for the deepest oil and gas well when it drilled 35,055 feet into the Gulf of Mexico.

Cantwell said the $560 million semi-submersible model has been superseded by a new design capable of drilling 40,000 feet down in water as deep as 12,000 feet.

Gulf Oil Spill Fight Turns to Chemicals Team Hopes Oil Dispersants Will Limit Damage on LandMain Content

To combat the massive oil spill from BP’s wrecked drilling site, cleanup crews are dropping huge quantities of chemical dispersant into the Gulf of Mexico in an urgent effort to stop as much of the slick as possible from reaching land.

This could well be the single largest deployment of dispersants against an oil spill in U.S. history, said Richard Gaudiosi, president of the Delaware Bay and River Cooperative in Linwood, Pennsylvania.

The joint federal-industry response team responsible for the cleanup effort reports that nearly 140,000 gallons (529,928 liters) of dispersants have been used so far, with an additional 51,000 gallons (193,056 liters) available. Responders also have been trying controlled burns and have deployed long lines of inflatable booms, but they have said the chemicals have proven the most effective method of attacking the spill so far.

"Even on the Exxon Valdez spill, dispersants weren't used all that readily," Gaudiosi said. The notorious 1989 tanker disaster, up until now the worst oil spill in U.S. history, dumped 11 million gallons (41.6 million liters) on the remote Prince William Sound in Alaska.

But the spill now spreading from the site of the April 20 explosion that destroyed the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, which could reach the size of the Valdez spill in 52 days at its current rate, threatens not only wildlife refuges, ecologically sensitive areas, and fisheries but also densely populated and developed waterfronts and resort areas.

The oil slick touched land Thursday night in Louisiana and was expected to reach shore in Mississippi and Alabama this weekend and in Pensacola and the Florida panhandle by Monday.

Breaking oil into droplets

Oil dispersants have been available to combat spills since the mid-1980s. They are detergent-like chemicals that break up oil slicks on the surface of the water into smaller droplets, which can then be broken down by bacteria in the water and by other natural processes. Dispersants also help prevent the oil droplets from coalescing to form other slicks.

According to the U.S. National Research Council, oil spill dispersants do not actually reduce the total amount of oil entering the environment. Rather, they change the chemical and physical properties of the oil, making it more likely to mix into the water column than to contaminate the shoreline.

The NRC report says that evaluating the environmental trade-offs associated with

dispersant use is “one of the most difficult decisions that oil spill responders and natural resources managers face during a spill.” The reason is the increased oil exposure for fish, as well as for corals and creatures that live in the lowest level of the water, such as oysters, the report said.

"Dispersant only alters the destination of the toxic compounds in the oil," redirecting its impact from feathered and fur-bearing animals on shore to organisms in the water column itself and on the seafloor, Richard Charter, senior policy adviser for marine programs at the conservation group Defenders of Wildlife, said in an email.

"No good answers to a mess this big, only degrees of damage to various life-forms," Charter said.

Dispersants are specially designed to have low toxicity to marine organisms, so any environmental impact they do have has more to do with the breakup of the oil into droplets than with the dispersants themselves, said Robin Rorick, director of marine and security at the American Petroleum Institute.

When the oil at the surface is treated with the chemicals, it initially disperses within the upper 30 feet (9 meters) of the water column, according to a briefing paper distributed by the Deepwater Horizon response team.

An underwater chemical experiment

The dispersants are being applied by aircraft over the Gulf of Mexico. Helicopters and ships also can be used, and the joint federal-industry response team, led by the U.S. Coast Guard, said yesterday it is planning also to apply dispersants underwater, directly to the source of the leak.

This technique is considered experimental and has never been attempted at a depth of 5,000 feet (1,524 meters). If BP and the Coast Guard go through with the plan, the undersea dispersants would probably be applied by robotic submarines, also known as remotely operated vehicles, or ROVs.

It would be yet another job for the submarines at a site that is far too deep, and where pressures are far too great, for human divers to venture.

The subs also are monitoring the well site and have been deployed—unsuccessfully so far—to try to stop the leak. With BP saying it may take weeks or months to stop the flow, the need for more effective ways to disperse the oil and protect the shore has become urgent.

Rorick said undersea application probably is being considered because dispersants are most effective when they are applied to freshly leaked oil.

"If the oil is out there for a long period of time and it gets really mixed with the water ... the dispersants are less effective," he explained.

The prior Goldsmiths (137) was on Iceland and its bout to break free of the power of the Rothschild Cabal bankers in Britain which are obsessed with the idea that the people of Iceland must be excessively taxed to pay off the losses in the Cabal owned/controlled Icelandic banks, just like the suckers in North America and Europe are doing. While still in a preliminary vein, it is prudent to look at some history and current events now affecting perhaps every person in America as well as in the rest of the world.

For a start, let’s revisit some more troubling events from little Iceland. Here, the London Guardian of Mar 21, 2010 had this by Gudjon Helgason on Volcano erupts in Iceland, hundreds evacuated: “Authorities evacuated hundreds of people after a volcano erupted beside a glacier in southern Iceland, Iceland's civil protection agency said Sunday, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries. The eruption occurred around 11:30 p.m. Saturday (7:30 p.m. EDT) beside the Eyjafjallajokull glacier, the fifth largest in Iceland. Authorities initially said the eruption was below the glacier, triggering fears that it could lead to flooding from glacier melt, but scientists conducting an aerial survey in daylight located the eruption and said it did not occur below ice…

“A state of emergency has been declared in communities near the 100-square-mile (259-square-kilometer) glacier, and three Red Cross centers were set up for evacuees in the village of Hella… A European volcanic island in the North Atlantic, Iceland is largely an arctic desert with mountains, glaciers and volcanoes and agricultural areas in the lowlands close to the coastline. The last time the volcano erupted was in the 1820s.”

The London Telegraph of Apr 14, 2010 had a follow up story on Iceland volcano: hundreds evacuated over eruption risk. The article said that some 800 people near the Eyjafjallajokull volcano were evacuated after seismic activity suggested it erupted for the second time. The volcano, 75 miles east of Reykjavik, erupted on March 20, after almost 200 years of silence. The report said that the volcano is under a glacier. If a serious eruption happens, there could be bad flooding.

Already, volcanic ash covers much of Europe to delay or halt airline traffic (this is bringing huge economic losses to Europe and especially with the airlines). As far as Iceland, the eruption is proving to be even more terrible. The toxic fumes from the eruptions present major health problems to both humans and animals in Iceland. People and animals must stay indoors as much as possible. Many crops have been hit hard. The Icelandic economy has been and will be further devastated if the eruption continues or intensifies.

There were a couple of other news reports this past week which also seem to have a bearing on what is going on with Iceland’s volcanoes. First, a report from Yahoo News of Apr 20, 2010 addressed some strange mysterious lightning associated with the eruption. The article said that the Eyjafjallajokull volcano “continues to produce spectacular visual effects. Photographers have captured images of lightning, seemingly erupting directly from the volcano. The bolts may look like Hollywood special effects, but they're very much the real deal. No CGI required. But as LiveScience reports, they're also still a ‘bit of a mystery.’”

There is another interesting issue involved with Iceland. Drudge of Apr 21, 2010 had a report that the Eyjafjallajokull volcano has a nearby sister volcano even larger named Katla. There is concern that it may too explode. It’s even larger and with a much larger glacier. It would really create havoc in worldwide ash if it erupts.

But along with Iceland, there are a handful of other nations which too are balking at taking orders from the Rothschild Cabal bosses in London. Probably, the most important of these are Iran and Venezuela (with some increasing recent concern about China since she has been a big Iran supporter). Almost regularly, the Rothschild controlled media is bombarding the public about the evils of Iran and Venezuela and their leaders.

Iran

The one receiving the most attention has been Iran. Along with telling us about the evils of Iran and why she must be bombed into oblivion, the Rothschild media has also revealed numerous reports of internal protests and opposition from some part of the Iranian people over their government and its leaders.

Long ago, I learned that anytime one of the non-Rothschild controlled nations starts having internal political trouble, and particularly from student protests (students are always easy to motivate to protest), there is a high probability that the funding and direction of the protests are coming from the Rothschild Cabal powers with the CIA, MI 6 (from Britain) and the Mossad (from Israel). These spy agencies all work for and serve the Rothschild Cabal masters. The US government, thru the CIA, funds most of their activities.

Along with the internal problems in Iran, the Rothschild media has told us about another interesting little development in Iran. It is the almost continuous state of drought the nation has faced in the last several years.

On Iran’s drought problems, The USDA FSA had this report on IRAN: Another Disappointing Wheat Harvest Ahead in 2009/10: “The widely dispersed winter grain production regions in Iran have generally experienced more favorable growing conditions in 2009/10 than during last year’s extremely severe drought. Normal to above normal rainfall in the important rain fed wheat growing areas of northwest Iran has helped improve overall grain production prospects this year. However, drought conditions have persisted in important southern and western irrigated growing areas, ensuring the nation will have another below-average national grain harvest in 2009/10.

“The dwindling supply of irrigation water in several major producing provinces has resulted in regional declines in grain area and much reduced crop yield potential in the affected areas. Despite regional drought, total wheat production is expected to increase roughly 20 percent over last year, though still resulting in the second lowest harvest in the past six years. The disappointing 2009/10 wheat harvest could lead to significant additional grain imports, following on the record 8.5 million tons estimated to have been imported in 2008/09.”

Venezuela and Chavez

Along with the huge number of internal problems now occurring with Iran, Venezuela seems to also have more than its fair share of troubles—including a catastrophic drought which now is causing political troubles for Chavez. Mongabay.com had a March 22, 2010 report on the crisis in Venezuela in an article by Nikolas Kozloff on El Nino in Venezuela: Hugo Chavez’s Katrina Moment?

Kozloff’s article addressed the Venezuelan drought and likened it for Chavez to the Katrina crisis for George W. Bush of some years ago. He noted that Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez has been in power for more than ten years, during which time he has deflected “numerous electoral challenges, a recall effort, a coup d’etat and even an oil lock out.” Yet, he has demonstrated enormous staying power throughout all of these political crises.

But, per the story, some say that Chávez’s “luck” may have finally run out because this current devastating drought has ravaged Venezuela and the government has been forced to undertake conservation measures for water and electricity. Some are holding Chávez responsible for the energy crunch. Some say that the drought could exact a heavy toll on the Venezuelan president in September’s legislative elections.

The article then asked what was causing the crisis and said: “There may not be a clear cut answer to this question, and different people provide differing interpretations. Chávez critics say that the government has neglected the power grid and failed to invest in hydrology systems and aqueducts in order to expand power production and satisfy increased consumption.” However, Chavez blames weather changes from El Niño as the cause.

Currently, state-owned oil, aluminum and steel companies are obliged to "rationalize" their electric use. Steel company Sidor, a large manufacturer, has been running at less than 50 percent capacity. In Caracas, the city’s main water utility announced it would reduce water supply by 25 percent per person. Chávez has urged the public to limit its showers to three minutes. "Some people sing in the shower, in the shower half an hour," he said. "No kids, three minutes is more than enough. I've counted, three minutes, and I don't stink."

The article notes that “thousands have taken to the streets to protest the water and electricity crunch. Some have burned electricity bills while others brandish surge-damaged blenders, televisions and stereos outside the state utility company. What’s more, the energy crunch has now had a serious political spillover effect: in a daring move, former Chávez aides such as Defense Minister Raul Isaias Baduel have signed a petition asking for the President to resign.” The statement said that after 11 years in power, “it was important for Chávez to resign so as to protect the country from a continuation of various ‘ills.’”

China

As long as the Chinese were accepting US dollars and IOU paper for the sale of its goods to the Rothschild controlled US, everything was peaches and cream with China. But since the Rothschild Cabal imposed deflation and depression, most Americans have not had the money to be buying many Chinese goods. Accordingly, China is beginning to backtrack in its purchases of US debt paper. Cabal agents like Tim Geithner have been making frequent trips to China to beg her/force her to keep buying US paper.

But China too is having her problems with rain and earthquakes. Most of Southern China is in a serious drought which may soon prove to be catastrophic in food production. Reportedly, the drought there started in 2009. It is the worst in 100 years. Some 61 million people are affected and the government is hauling in water by trucks to dispense to people who line up with containers to get the water.

Sina.com had a report on Dry Spell Hits where it hurts which said: “Drought is sparking fears of inflation and food shortages in Southwest China, report Wang Huazhong in Guizhou, and Peng Yining and Li Yingqing in Yunnan… The ongoing drought, which has lasted since last autumn and been dubbed the worst in a century, has dried out all of the village's water tanks. Zhu's wife must walk three kilometers on snaking mountain paths to fetch turbid water three times a day for her family and cattle…

“By the end of March, Guizhou had seen more than 916,000 hectares of crops affected by drought, causing a direct loss of almost 3 billion yuan ($440 million), according to figures released by the provincial agricultural commission. The commission's publicity director, Zheng Chuanlou, also told China Daily that crops to be harvested this summer, such as rape and wheat, are "doomed", with most areas likely to see dramatically reduced or even zero output. Already about eight million people just in Yunnan province are suffering a grain shortage, said Wang Shufen, director of the Yunnan provincial civil administration, who told China News Service that five million had ‘no financial income and are relying on government handouts’.

“The situation has prompted fears among analysts that low output of cash crops - rapeseed, medicinal materials, tobacco, sugar, tea and flowers - will push up prices nationwide. To stabilize prices and curb the potential inflation, the central government ordered the transfer of 1.7 million tons of grain reserves to the drought-hit region, Shen Leihai, a senior State official responsible for China's food security, told Southern Weekend, a newspaper based in Guangzhou…

“However, time is running out. Although meteorology authorities predict the drought will last until the end of May, in just four weeks China will enter a long, hot summer, by which time it will be too late to plant. Farmers say getting seedlings ready to be replanted in the fields takes 40 days. Even if the seedlings are successfully planted, the drought is also sparking conflicts over how much of the region's limited water resources should be used to irrigate them.”

Along with the impact of drought, China has just been hit with a severe earthquake about Apr 13, 2010, per a story by Malcolm Moore in the London Telegraph. This one, at 7.1 magnitude, struck in Western China near Tibet. Reports say 1,200 people were killed and 12,000 injured.

Secretary of Defense William Cohen

On April 28, 1997, Secretary of Defense William Cohen attended a counterterrorism conference at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, as sponsored by former US Senator Sam Nunn. Reuters and a number of sources quoted the DoD News Briefing, with Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Q&A at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy (Subsequently, the DOD reportedly deleted this page and quotation in its sources; but the quotation was heavily covered in the media at that time, to now include cnet news which reportedly confirms it).

“After some introductory remarks about the conference, Cohen takes questions from the media in attendance. A reporter asks a question based on the fake anthrax letters that had recently been sent to B'nai Brith. Cohen gives a strange answer, using the occasion to mention the exotic weapons being developed by terrorists (as well as--one would assume--governments). Here's the exchange, taken verbatim from the transcript posted on the Defense Department's Website:

“Q: Let me ask you specifically about last week's scare here in Washington, and what we might have learned from how prepared we are to deal with that (inaudible), at B'nai Brith.

“A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. But as we've learned in the intelligence community, we had something called -- and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even, in a search. The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

“So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important.”

Well, all this Goldsmiths can say here is that if it’s going on (and it is, per former Secretary of Defense Cohen), we can bank on that the Rothschild Cabal and the US DOD’s DARPA agency are actively involved. Whatever can be said of Cohen, he was no fool. He knew what he was talking about. It is manifestly clear that he knew what was happening because of firsthand knowledge from his work in the Pentagon.

Some More History

But Cohen was not the Lone Ranger on this theme. Long before he came along, others addressed the idea of using several different forms of technology to be able to create man-made earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and weather alterations. Without burdening the reader with this host of reports, here are just a few as taken from an article by Ray Bilger on Human Engineered Earthquakes at rense.com:

One of the earliest forms of this idea surfaced in the writings and perhaps even some experiments by Nicola Tesla on Controlled Earthquakes in 1935. Per Bilger, they were labeled by Tesla as “the art of telegeodynamics.” Tesla was able to cause “rhythmical vibrations to pass through the Earth with almost no loss of energy,” and he could “convey these mechanical effects to the greatest terrestrial distances and produce all kinds of unique effects.”

Next, Bilger transitioned his discussion to a US Senate Sub-Committee hearing in 1975 where the Chairman, Senator Claiborne Pell, said: "We need a treaty now... before the military leaders of the world start directing storms, manipulating climates and inducing earthquakes against their enemies." As Bilger concluded, Pell must have known something on this subject to prompt his words.

Going forward to December 10, 1976, Bilger wrote: “the General Assembly of the United Nations approved the 'Convention of the Prohibition of Military or any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques,' and issued a report. Again, such a report would not have been issued if there were not technology in place capable of environmental modification, including the ability to induce earthquakes.”

Bilger then quoted the June 5, 1977, New York Times which described the great earthquake which destroyed Tangshan, China on July 28, 1976, and killed over 650,000 people. The Times said: “Just before the first tremor at 3:42 am, the sky lit up like daylight. The multi-hued lights, mainly white and red, were seen up to 200 miles away. Leaves on many trees were burned to a crisp and growing vegetables were scorched on one side, as if by a fireball.” Bilger then raised the question if these lights could be associated with Tesla technology? (On this question, it must be noted that the Icelandic volcano at Eyjafjallajokull has been having associated lightning with it. Live Science/Yahoo news called the lightning phenomenon a mystery.)

Next Bilger came to January of 1978, when Dr. Andrija Puharich, MD, LL.D, issued a detailed research paper entitled “Global Magnetic Warfare - A Layman's View of Certain Artificially Induced Unusual Effects on The Planet Earth During 1976 and 1977.” In his paper, Dr. Puharich stated, "Of the many great earthquakes of 1976, there is one that demands special attention - the July 28, 1976 Tangshan, China earthquake." The January 1978 edition of Specula magazine ran an article which described an incredibly profound phenomenon that could be produced within the Earth by what is called the “Tesla Effect.”

According to the article, “electromagnetic signals of certain frequencies can be transmitted through the Earth to form standing waves in the Earth itself. In certain cases, coherence to this standing wave can be induced wherein a fraction of the vast, surging electromagnetic current of the Earth itself feeds into and augments the induced standing wave. In other words, "much more energy is now present in the standing wave that the... amount being fed in from the Earth's surface." By interferometer techniques, giant standing waves can be combined to produce a focused beam of very great energy. This can be used to produce earthquakes induced at distant aiming points.”

Bilger then cited Dr. Peter Beter (a former official with the Kennedy Administration), who said that, by 1977, “the Russians had placed fission-fusion-fission superbombs in certain deep undersea trenches around the Philippines.” A related source believes that the Philippines are in the position of a “keystone” within the giant Pacific Tectonic Plate. Russia had already been setting off lower yield undersea weapons in other areas around the Pacific Ocean causing strong earthquakes.

Dr. Beter suggested that the intention was to relieve tensions all around the Pacific plate, except the Philippines where stresses would build to tremendous levels. Then, at a certain point, the bombs around the Philippines will be set off. It is expected that this will cause incredible earthquakes and tidal waves and ultimately devastate the American West Coast. Volcanoes erupting in the Philippines are an indication that stresses are building in the area. (Bilger adds that readers need to understand that earthquakes and volcanoes are intimately connected and work hand in hand, with the one sometimes triggering the other, and sometimes the reverse. An earthquake can open vents deep in the Earth which allow lava to flow up. In other cases, the stresses driving volcanic activity can also cause earthquakes).

Bilger then took note of a January 30, 1981 article in the Washington Post which reported that in 1979 there were 56 significant earthquakes in the world, and that by 1980 the annual figure was up to 71. He then added: “Coincidentally, in 1980 there was an increase in ELF transmissions by both Russia and the United States.”

Going forward to 1981, Bilger cited Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden, a nuclear engineer and the leading Tesla researcher in the U.S. He gave a lecture before the U.S. Psychotronics Association where he spoke of the standing waves produced by Tesla Magnifying Transmitters that were also discussed in Specula magazine in 1978. Bearden was, per Bilger, describing how HAARP works.

Bearden stated in part: “Then, what you do is change the frequency. If you change the frequency one way (by dephasing it), you dump the energy up in the atmosphere beyond the point on the other side of the Earth that you focused upon. As you start ionizing the air, you can change the weather flow patterns, the jet stream, etc. If you dump it gradually, real gradually, you influence the heck out of the weather. Nicola Tesla

The above references to Tesla prompt these remarks. Niocola Tesla (1856 to 1943) was an 1884 immigrant to the United States from Serbia. He gained fame as perhaps the world’s most important inventor of electrical and electromagnetic applications. Today’s AC current used to power thousands of appliances (including our computers) came from his brilliant mind.

One of his most devoted projects was to take electricity from the heavens and make it freely available to people with minimal costs. In 1899, he went out to the mountains near Colorado Springs, CO and hooked up his free electricity scheme to the nearby town of Colorado Springs. Reportedly, his first experiment was so powerful that it blew the electric lights out in the town.

But 19th century and early 20th century inventor Thomas Edison was also busy on electricity as well. But Edison had the advantage because he was financed by the fat cat bankers, including the Rockefellers/Roggenfelders. This combine didn’t like what Tesla was doing so he was characterized by the controlled media as a “Mad Scientist.” Unable to get financing, Tesla’s plans for free energy died out. Edison and his money partners prevailed to establish electric power companies to sell energy commercially to the American people.

Tesla died a pauper in 1943. But both the old Soviet Union and the United States commenced a dedicated effort in WWII to locate, retrieve, secure and hide all of Tesla’s writings on electricity. His work quickly transitioned into Top Secret military projects. So his work passed out of the lime light for the next many years until the 1990s when the US HAARP program commenced, allegedly based on Tesla technology.

HAARP

This backdrop takes us to this believed Tesla technology called HAARP. In the last dozen years or so, a number of writers have discussed HAARP at length and have suggested all kinds of possibilities on what it is doing with its huge field full of large antennas in Alaska beaming millions of watts of energy into the heavens for some ostensible purpose. I have read material by Nick Begich, Dick Eastman, Jesse Ventura (former Governor of MN), etc discussing the different theories.

One of the best reports I read was by an unnamed author who wrote at euro-med.dk in an article on Do Devils Play this HAARP? On HAARP (the US High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program in Alaska), the report cited HAARP´s homepage and said: “HAARP was started in Alaska in 1993. HAARP will very quickly heat the ionosphere, which is the upper part of the atmosphere, with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. By suddenly lifting the ionosphere to high altitudes it can destroy incoming rockets. It is an experiment on the atmosphere and no one knows what it leads to.

“HAARP is for military purposes, being said to be able to wipe out communication over a wide area, penetrate the earth for many kilometers to search for tunnels, minerals, oil, subterranean military plants, detect low incoming planes. The Prime Argus Project looked into ways to cause earthquakes through deflection of the focused electromagnetic beam from the ionosphere on to a spot, where the land plates are pressing above each other, i.e. predilection earth quake zones.”

The report quoted an article of 25 years ago by Zbigniew Brzezinski that “HAARP can produce changes in the composition of the atmosphere and thus change the performance of the brain in very large populations –even make them uncapable to fight. Brzezinski had this in mind, too, writing on the Technetronic Era, where everybody will be controlled by a small elite. This is said to be brought about by Extremely Low Frequency ELF) waves, which is said to have been proved in thousands of experiments.” A Mr. Eastlund was also quoted that through the HAARP system they can change the weather, by sending ELF waves into the Van Allen Belts (the sun´s electromagnetic fields deflect cosmic radiation, thus influencing the formation of clouds).

The Danish writer then proceeded to bring up the recent Haiti earthquake and asked if it could be the work of HAARP? The story cited the Boston Globe of Jan 13, 2010 and its remarks on a light seen over Haiti the night before.

But My Purpose

As far as the speculations of Zbigniew Brzezinski, of some 25 years ago, this is very plausible. My check of Wikipedia on HAARP says that work on the HAARP Alaskan station started in 1993 and it was completed in 2007. Brzezinski could have known about the project and its purposes 25 years ago. As to earlier prototypes and their work of bombarding the heavens, who knows when and how this effort started. For sure, it was all clouded in a Top Secret classification so there is no way we can be sure of the backdrop on HAARP.

But my purpose here is not to get into any speculation on Brzezinski or what may have caused the Haiti earthquake. For my part, it could have been manmade or it could be strictly a phenomenon of nature. For the time being, I will leave that question as unresolved. But for purposes here, let’s digress to the situation in Iceland, Iran, Venezuela, and China which are the theme for this Goldsmiths.

Now Back to the Wisdom of Former Secretary of Defense William Cohen

Here, let us revisit Iceland once more about her new trouble with an erupting volcano. Based on the reports made by William Cohen and the many others cited above, is it possible that the tiny nation of Iceland is now faced with an erupting volcano because of its decision to oppose the Rothschild Cabal demands that Iceland pay them off for their losses? Thus, could this volcanic eruption problem in Iceland be tied to its decision to refuse to pay off the Rothschild Cabal masters?

Next, let’s motorize over to Iran, Venezuela and China and their tragic state of drought. This writer is not completely certain of what all the Rothschilds and their puppet states like the US are doing to manipulate weather and natural forces on earth; but I’m sure the present droughts in Venezuela, China and Iran are not the work of nature. There is something going on behind the scenes on these enemies of the Rothschild Cabal masters who rule Europe, North America and much of the rest of the world. Isn’t it strange that Rothschild puppet nations are doing good on rain while these three Rothschild Cabal enemies are in some of the worst droughts that they have had in a hundred years. To this list, we can also add the recent earthquake in China. Is there a connection?

Consequently, when Rothschild agent Geithner arrives in China in April, does he come to tell China what might happen if she refuses the Rothschild demands? In the case of Afghanistan and Iraq, Rothschild/US agents visited both of them in advance and told them in blunt terms either surrender their sovereignty or the US would invade and destroy them. Thus, I am old enough and watched events enough through the years that I would not put anything past Plato’s envisioned gold and silver rulers. The best thing to do is expect the worse and be happy if it doesn’t get that bad.

More on Weather

I have already cited the weather problem in various Goldsmiths over the years. In the Goldsmiths 99 (published Sep 10, 2009), I reported that the Cabal owned and directed puppets with the US government and the US government sponsored and directed weather modification program (under DARPA—the Defense Advanced Research Projects) began bringing drought and bad weather to nations that do not play on the Cabal team. There is much documentation establishing that DARPA is working on weather alteration/control (thru HAARP, chem-trails, etc). I have outlined some of this data above.

Rense.com has had numerous stories saying the plan is that by 2020 the US will control weather worldwide (this is the backdrop for the periodic El Nino and La Nina events—which by the way were unheard in the US until the arrival of modern history in the last ten years or so). My own take right now is that DARPA is busy bringing drought to nations which do not play on the US team (which translates to the Rothschild Cabal team since it is synonymous with the US team).

The chief beneficiary/curse of this focus by the Cabal and its colleagues at DARPA has been the Iranians. In this vein, Iran has had a series of very significant droughts which have greatly hurt agricultural production. I could also give numerous reports of news stories of awful drought and grain diseases in other non-Cabal controlled nations (to include Russia which has had her weather problems as well, complements of the Rothschild Cabal and its lackeys at DARPA).

One of the main points of the Mickey Mouse document (cited in Understanding Money and War XIV at www.analysis-news.com) was the capability and indeed the practice of the plutocratic bankers involved to cause wars and bring on attacks on nations which do not submit to the Cabal’s plutocratic rule. Iran, Iceland, Venezuela and China are four of those nations. I don’t have any problem seeing weather/volcanic/earthquake warfare as being used by the Cabal to attack and hurt nations around the world which do not submit to Cabal control.

In publishing the Goldsmiths 99, a reader wrote me and said: “Mr. Bradshaw: In recent commentaries, you opined that the cabal might be altering the weather. I find this hard to believe. Science has recently discovered that hot ionized solar plasma, galactic cosmic rays (charged protons from exploded stars) and other influences from outer space play a major role in determining cloud formation and weather on earth. I doubt that the cabal is able to exert any control over these awesome cosmic forces.”

While it may or may not be true that galactic cosmic rays play a major part on earth’s weather, it is true that DARPA has a weather control plan underway involving HAARP which attempts to guide and direct the jet stream across North America to bring moisture to various parts of the continent as desired. And what are chem-trails doing? Well, for one thing, they are polluting the atmosphere. One of the purposes of rain is to clean the air of pollutants. I submit that among other things, one of the fallouts of the chem-trail spraying operation is to produce rain in some areas.

As for as galactic powers to influence weather, I am in no position to judge how influential these forces could be. I know about HAARP and chem-trails. I also know that cloud seedings to make rain have been around for the last 70 or 80 years; and they are only the tip of the iceberg. I also know about DARPA’s plans; and I am assured that if DARPA has this capability, we can bank on it that the Rothschild Cabal controls it in some way since the Cabal controls the US government.

With this control, the Cabal is or will be in the position to determine which nations get rain and which do not. In this context, it is logical that they will be sure that rain falls on land that they own/control; and drought is destined in areas which are in revolt from their ruler ship.

In support of my comments above, here are some comments from Dick Eastman of Yakima, WA who has done extensive research on weather modification and its purposes. Here below are some excerpts from his Jan 2, 2010 article at rense.com on Telsa-Style Weather Control Since the Early 1990s.

In discussing chem-trails, he said that “there are those who argue that the laying of ionized cloud is part of a benevolent plan to save the earth from global warming due to greenhouse-effect-producing gases in the atmosphere. Global warming is more real than space aliens at Roswell or ray guns bringing down the twin towers of the WTC. Increased carbon dioxide is not a threat, but a potential boon to mankind. Eastman has researched and written about both chem-trails and HAARP. While he recognizes those applications by DARPA for military purposes (which he documents), he also came to the above conclusions on the use of weather warfare to benefit the powerful Rothschild connected bankers in their manipulation of the financial markets (so if the Icelandic volcano eruptions were man-made by the Cabal, what will the volcanic ash clouds worldwide do to agricultural food production this year and who will profit accordingly?). Though Eastman’s conclusions were on the present Rothschild use of weather manipulations to make current profits, my take is on a more sinister use in the future by the Cabal to completely control the worldwide production of food.

The Bottom Line

So the place we must come to is it possible that the Rothschild Cabal masters, using their puppets at DARPA, are now in the process of taking over nature to bring on natural calamities to nations which do not toe the line as the masters in London demand? Could the Cabal masters be behind the troubles now in Iceland, Iran, Venezuela and China? Along with punishing Rothschild Cabal enemies, would such events also open the door for some huge profits for Cabal insiders? Thus, if an insider with the Cabal had advance knowledge of the coming Icelandic volcano eruptions and resulting ash, could he have sold airline stocks short and made a barrel of profits (as interestingly happened in the 9/11 thing some years ago)?

In the way of a postscript, the latest news from Iceland has it that the IMF and Nordic states have jointly approved a loan to Iceland. While the backdrop on this development has not been revealed, it suggests that the way has been paved for Iceland to join the EU and make payments to the bankers as demanded by Rothschild ruled Britain and Holland. My guess is that slowly in the coming days the Cabal owned media will tell us what Iceland will do to get the loans being made. There is a high probability that the people of Iceland got the word that the Cabal will destroy them if they try to continue opposing the demands from the Rothschild Cabal masters. My take is that Iceland has or will surrender.

By the way, subscribers to www.analysis-news.com can attest to the fact that I had reported some predictions weeks ago from one Cabal source about a big fall in April with the big drops coming around April 15-22. I had to almost apologize to subscribers on April 15th when we had not yet had any really big falls (though bonds and most commodities had taken a beating as predicted). But sure enough, April 16 came through with a hard drop in most everything but the dollar.

Putting these facts together, informed observers can verify that the evidence is substantial that the Icelandic volcano problems were pre-known. We can bank on it that Cabal insiders were already positioned to make a barrel of money on this deal. So, let me repeat the above question. Is there a connection between the troubles in Iceland, Iran, Venezuela and China and the demands of the Rothschild Cabal masters?

The bottom line here is that in this age of uncertainty and Rothschild Cabal fiat money manipulations, more and more people seem to be turning to gold.

Once Again Computer Models Did the Trick for Scientists

It was not a volcano or its ash what caused major disruptions in air travel for the past several days, but a bunch of flawed computer models scientists used to forecast how the volcanic eruption would affect air travel throughout the European continent. As reported yesterday, other reasons are being looked at to explain why flights were suspended if the famous ash cloud did not reach Europe in the way it was originally described. Today, authorities are blaming defective computer models and not the volcanic eruption.

According to Matthias Ruete, director general for mobility and transport in Europe, the computer models used to make a decision on whether or not the air space would remain open, were flawed due to the fact scientists used incomplete science and limited data. The closure of air space, which caused great disruption in passenger and cargo transport from and to the old continent, stranding thousands of people and amounting to loses of hundreds of millions of dollars per day, does not come as a surprise. Scientists who claim that man causes global warming, also based their calculations and forecasts on flawed, incomplete and dubious data. This was discovered when e-mails and documents from the University of East Anglia were let out on the web.

"It is a black box in certain areas," Matthias Ruete, said, asserting that the assumptions used in the models were not based on scientific evidence. Apparently, authorities in Europe were not sure about certain issues and questions involving the amount of ash at specific heights and places, how hazardous it would be and the rate at which the ash would fall from the sky. "It's one of the elements where, as far as I know, we're not quite clear about it," he revealed.

As reported yesterday, some airlines even conducted test flights in order to determine whether their planes would be able to withstand the effects of the now confirmed fictitious ash. Companies like KLM, Air France and Lufthansa sent planes up and all indications pointed out that the risk was minimum or none.

It appears that scientists and authorities decided to close air space, and in the process cause grave stress to an economic system that is already shaky. The current levels of outstanding debt many of the companies that revolve around commerce and air travel as well as that of European and other governments provides very little margin of error for this kind of mistakes, however those who oversee air safety did not take that into account when making up their minds about what to do with transatlantic flights.

This computer model errors along with poor judgment still do not explain why if there was any kind of threat to air travel, military planes from European countries and the U.S. maintained and still continue to execute exercises that are part of the Brilliant Ardent 10 program. The admittance of wrongdoing does not explain if and how the Coronal Mass Ejections (CME's) may have influenced on weather patterns, plate tectonics or volcanic activity. We tried to obtain information from Dr. David H. Hathaway, a NASA scientist and expert in CME, but he has not returned our e-mail. "If you take the situation across the Atlantic, there the advice would probably be: don't fly over the volcano. Otherwise, it is up to you to take the precautions necessary," Mr Ruete said. Many people are now calling for the adoption of standards used in the United States, where it is up to the airlines to decide whether it is safe to fly or not. European standards establish that member states have the prerogative to make those decisions, but all decisions made for the past week have been made by computer models, it seems. Unfortunately, computers cannot be fired.

It is Just Not Coincidental that Three Significant Events Occurred at the Same Time. The Volcanic Eruption, the Military Exercise and the Coronal Mass Ejections

It is of everyone's knowledge the kind of disruptions the volcanic eruption in Iceland caused to international travel in Europe. Due to this eruption and the huge amount of ash reported to be coming out of the volcano, it is understandable that air space is closed for the safety of the people who intended to make their ways around the continent and across the Atlantic Ocean. However, some information has come to my attention that I think is important to share with the public, since the authorities are not doing it.

Although, as I mentioned before, air travel is banned for the moment, there are some facts that do not follow the same trend. For example, why is the Keflavic International Airport in Iceland still open? Is the real disruptor of air transport really volcanic ash or a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME)? Is European airspace being kept clear to prevent people seeing something significant out of aircraft windows? Is European airspace being kept clear for military defensive purposes or for military offensive purposes? Whose military?

Volcanic eruptions are nothing rare nowadays. Volcanic activity is seen daily around the world, and there are volcanoes erupting daily around the globe. So why is this particular eruption so special? Maybe it's not. There is another event happening at the same time this eruption is taking place. A large NATO Live Exercise originated out of Germany on April 12 and running up until April 22 is also taking place in European airspace. The exercise includes participants like the U.S. Air Force stationed in Germany and other places in the old continent.

To confirm my own observation I checked the www.sat.dundee.ac.uk/ 1200 UTC satellite picture with the same result: A large high pressure area stretching from England and France via the North Sea, Germany, the Alps all the way across Poland to the Russian border with winds from the east in central Germany. This information contradicts the ash cloud forecast to engulf all European airspace. Air space over Ramstein Airforce Base in Germany has also remained opened throughout the emergency. Ramstein is the main location from which operations in the Middle East are coordinated. There have not been any interruptions in the operations conducted at Ramstein, as military airplanes seem to be able to cope with volcanic ash. German Airline Lufthansa conducted several flights in order to test the possibility of restarting normal transportation activity. The result of those tests were no damage or any other problems for the aircraft.

"In addition to air assets, tactical employment of Theater Missile Defense and Ground Based Air Defense assets will be extensively exercised." Missile defense is a system, weapon, or technology involved in the detection, tracking, interception and destruction of attacking missiles. Originally conceived as a defense against nuclear-armed Intercontinental ballistic missiles, its application has broadened to include shorter-ranged non-nuclear tactical and theater missiles", continues the report.

May these military exercises be related to a Coronal Mass Ejections? Well, one has to say it is just coincidental that three significant events occurred at the same time. It is partially halo, with a main propagation direction to the North of the ecliptic plane. There is a risk that the southern flank of the CME crosses the Earth, triggering enhanced geomagnetic activity, not before late April 16 or more likely on April 17."Although air travel is supposed to be interrupted for several more days, reports issued as late as Sunday expressed the possibility that some flight activity would resume on Monday April 17. Is this also a coincidence? The solar activity was supposed to end on April 17, was it not? Also, note that although the volcanic eruption is real and the ash is real too, no image shown anywhere has confirmed the massive cloud of ash all over Europe as it has been reported by the main stream media. Vasts areas of the continent have remained clear throughout the emergency. So why close most European Air Space? Please stay tuned for more details.

I’m responding to Mark Hoffman’s letter (“Contrails are not government spraying,” April 8). The contrail/chemtrail argument has been around for more than a decade. Neither our politicians nor our newscasters report on this constant “phenomenon” of jets flying overhead spewing out something, whether it is water or chemicals. Personally, it’s hard to believe water condensation from jets could leave such long-lasting pseudo cloud trails that spread and linger until our beautiful sky turns into a grey cloudy mess. If these contrails are the result of larger, faster, higher-flying jets at different altitudes, then maybe we should turn our attention to toxic jet fuel being burned into greenhouse gases, and the waste dropping into our breathing air. This would be a better use of our time than as Hoffman wrote, “wishing that the airline industry actually would get paid by the government to spray the masses …” Is he not among the masses?

I suspect these jets are having a profound impact on our health, skies, and weather. I question whether allergies people are experiencing lately are the result of nature or whether they are the result of man-made airborne compounds.

Two local musicians are researching mysterious trails in the sky.

Glenn Davis and Matt Goodwin, who are best known for playing at the Gun Club, are part of a growing movement of people concerned about chemtrails, the mysterious exhaust streams from jets which remain in the sky for hours afterward. Unlike normal contrails from aircraft, chemtrails stay in the sky and are usually seen in a grid pattern. The last few years, they say mysterious cloud formations have been cropping up around the world.

The phenomenon has resulted in federal bureaucracies getting thousands of phone calls, e-mails and letters from people who want to know what exactly is being done. People have reported seeing unmarked white planes, and the white chemtrails which can be in a tic-tac-toe shapes, according to an article in USA Today.

The issue has been featured on various documentaries with former government officials explaining how government tanker jets are spraying aerosols in the air at high altitudes, as commercial traffic is routed below.

Goodwin is one of the people who wants answers. On Wednesday morning he identified a grid pattern in the sky which remained for hours over State Street in Beloit.

Davis urges people to start becoming aware of the chemtrails, watching the skies with their binoculars. They can use the Web site which tracks flights, www.flightaware.com, to see which aircraft are accounted for and which aren’t. He said typically after a grid pattern is spotted, that there will be a foggy haze and that people may report increased breathing or sinus problems.

Eventually Davis would like to start an activist group, but for now just wants to raise awareness of the issue.

Davis first heard about the theory in 2004 from Goodwin. He noticed the mysterious grid patterns would linger as long as two to three hours and then spread out and expand, creating a haze in the area. Soon he started taking photos and videos of it.

As he started identifying the grids he grew increasingly worried about the potential health risks. He believes there are harmful chemicals which are leaving the chemtrails in the air for so long.

Davis has contacted local airports, the FAA and the EPA, but still hasn’t been able to get any concrete answers. He is told that chemtrails are normal condensation trails. Some have said that new types of jet engines could be responsible for the lingering exhaust. Many scientists have refuted the theory and prowl Internet chat rooms to try to correct what they believe is misinformation.

Back in 2000, the Environmental Protection Agency, NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration joined forces to publish a fact sheet explaining the science of contrail formation. The Air Force has also refuted the theory.

However, Davis and many others still aren’t convinced. Web sites are full of potential explanations including population control, weather control or forced inoculations to protect the population in the event of germ warfare. Because the government is not being open about what it’s doing, Davis said people are prone to come up with some interesting theories on what is going on.

Davis believes it may be a weather warefare study being conducted by the U.S. government in conjuction with HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

HAARP, located in Alaska, is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes, according to the HAARP Web site.

Davis however, believes HAARP may be more honed in on manipulating the weather for warfare and that the mysterious tanker jets could be leaving mercury and barium aerosol chemtrails in the air to act as a conduit to frequencies emitted from HAARP.

Goodwin and Davis aren’t giving up on their investigations of chemtrails. They say they’ve seen and recorded them. After three years of erratic weather in the Stateline Area, a tomato blight and his own sinus problems and nosebleeds, he’s convinced something is going on.

“Just look to the skies,” Goodwin said.

'Solar Radiation Management' or Manhattan Project 2.0?

University of Los Andes (ULA) senior lecturer in political sciences, Jutta Schmitt writes: It's intriguing. Just barely a week after the Asilomar Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies had taken place in Pacific Grove, California, we heard honorable knights for the defense of global climate integrity, such as the American Enterprise Institute's Resident Fellow and Co director of the AEI geo-engineering Project Lee Lane, advocate a global imposition of geo-engineering technologies on behalf of the advanced, industrialized states of the world in the firm conviction, that "geo-engineering experiments shouldn't require global agreement," because these would in any case be guided by the shining light of the government of the United States and its noble constitutional obligation to promote the welfare of the American people. This is how Lane evokes 'American national interest,' this magic, self-sufficient concept that justifies the use of any means in order to obtain, that is, impose the desired objective. (1)

Why declare geo-engineering experiments a matter of 'national interest' (read: national security interest)?

Why not declare the well-being of the planetary climate and overall ecosystems a matter of national or planetary security interest for that matter, and subsequently demand the immediate discontinuance of irrational profit production and unbound consumerism, which got us into this mess in the first place?

Why this sudden, violent interest in geo-engineering experiments by scientists, international climate panels, United Nations entities, policy centers, research facilities, scientific communities and even Think Tanks with their scores of fellows and scholars?

Why did we not see the same violent interest with regard to a binding commitment at the Rio, Kyoto or Copenhagen Earth Summits? And why call for the global imposition of geo-engineering technologies on behalf of the 'advanced, more industrialized states' of the world?

Furthermore, if geo-engineering experiments are all of a sudden being considered imperative, why does the so-called scientific community, as well as civil and military authorities in various countries of the world deny the fact that one of the proposed climate intervention techniques, pertaining to Solar Radiation Management, has already and progressively been implemented on a considerably large scale since years?

The hard facts on the ground -- or in the sky, for that matter - don't go away by denying them. Solar Radiation Management by 'injection of sulfate or other materials into the stratosphere' as proposed by the working agenda of the past Asilomar Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies and as seen, photographed, filmed, documented, studied and analyzed during years by ordinary citizens, environmental activists, air traffic controllers, radar technicians, alternative journalists, meteorologists, chemists and physicians, has been occurring over North America and Europe since the nineties. The question is, if the massive blasting into the stratosphere of a mixture of metals and polymers to form a haze-like layer in the skies in order to deflect solar radiation is actually that good of an idea, given the extreme toxicity of the materials being sprayed and given the fact that they finally do come down back to the surface of the Earth.

Thus, to a far-sighted, ecological, nature-preserving mind it seems utterly illogical to resort to this kind of measures which have a heavily contaminating effect on the overall environment -- air, water, soils, humans, animals, plants, that is, life on the planet as such.

For the sake of (relative) brevity, we will not go into detail to describe and explain Chemtrail Spraying in this article, but instead encourage our readers to get active and do a thorough research on the Internet by themselves. Suffice it to say here, that the until now publicly denied operations of ongoing Chemtrail Spraying are, in fact, related to 'Solar Radiation Management,' consisting of the massive injection of a combination of metallic and other particles -- microscopic in scale -- into the stratosphere. Interestingly and essential for us to note, it was the late Edward Teller, member of the Manhattan Project and father of the Hydrogen Bomb, co-founder and director of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, who proposed this geo-engineering technique together with Roderick Hyde and Lowell Wood and who designed a variety of mixtures according to the specific tasks they have to perform, among which figure the deployment of "electrically-conducting sheets" or "metallic 'nets' of ultra-fine mesh-spacing" in the stratosphere. (2) Equally interesting is the fact, that Teller himself did not only doubt that society's carbon dioxide emissions were responsible for global warming, but questioned global warming as such, when stating in a 1997 article, titled 'The Planet needs a Sunscreen,' that "It's wonderful to think that the world is so very wealthy that a single nation -- America -- can consider spending $100 billion a year on a problem that may not exist." (3) He explicitly repeated this doubt in a 2002 co-authored paper on 'Active Climate Stabilization.' (4) So, by all means, why then seriously bother about the research, development and actual deployment of 'geo-engineering techniques' such as spraying the stratosphere with chemicals, in order to to 'fend off solar radiation' ?!

Considering the counter-productivity of the whole concept of 'solar radiation management' -- deflecting solar radiation by creating a layer of highly toxic, artificial 'clouds' may as well block and trap outbound heat from the Earth and thus worsen 'global warming' -- the question arises, why it is actually being done.

The very logics of global capitalism and capitalist globalization that dictates each and every consideration, each and every action undertaken by the transnational corporations of this world and their political and military executives on a national and international scale, and which impose their decisions on billions of people, indicates that Solar Radiation Management is NOT being conducted to 'mitigate the effects of global warming' but to address an immediate problem, as severe as that of global warming for the survival of human civilization as we have known it, and which can best be described as the Electronic Achilles Heel of Modern Civilization.

In a 2009 interview with Ludwig Glinz about 'Sferic Frequencies, Semiconductor Technologies and their effective Preservation and Protection,' Uwe Behnken, founder of LiveNet Concept 2010 and long time activist against Chemtrail Spraying, suggests that the massive injection of toxic substances into the stratosphere ever since the nineties bears a direct relation to the protection of highly sensitive semiconductor technologies.

"[..] Natural electromagnetic pulses are known to everybody ever since the film 'The Day After' where we learnt what happens if these are created artificially by means of the explosion of an atom bomb. If an atomic weapon explodes, the electromagnetic pulse causes semiconductor technologies to stop functioning. The same electromagnetic pulses can be registered in the event of elevated sferic frequencies or nuclear electromagnetic pulses stemming from elevated sun activities, and from our perspective this is another reason why it is undertaken to repel these sferic frequencies with the help of toxic substances, like aluminium oxides and barium-chlorides so as to protect semiconductor technologies." (5)

For a better understanding of this statement and its consequences, we'll briefly examine some basic concepts related to semiconductor technology and the reasons for its growing vulnerability.

All modern technology is based on semiconductor technology, used in the production of microelectronic integrated circuits (microchips) on an ever more minute scale and with an ever greater number of in-built 'components' per unit, so to speak. No applied technology in our computerized age, be it in the realm of production, energy, communication, trading, finance, transportation, scientific research and development, space exploration and military operations, works without semiconductor technology. A semiconductor is a material like silicon or germanium (6) characterized by an "intermediate conductivity" which oscillates between that of a conductor and an insulator and which displays a rapid variation of conductivity depending on temperature. The current in semiconductors is either carried by the flow of electrons or by the flow of positively-charged "holes" in the electron structure of the material. An external electrical field may change a semiconductor's resistivity or 'behavior' for that matter. (7)

One of the problems related to semiconductor technology and as derived from some of its specific characteristics is, that upon exposure to various types of particles of atmospheric radiation -- alpha particles, various ions, protons, and neutrons which can 'hit' the device -- it can change state or alter its output, leading to an error. This phenomenon is widely known by the manufacturers and has been called 'Single Event Effect' (SEE), which, in turn, is classified in three basic categories: A soft error or 'single event upset' (SEU), a soft or hard error or 'single event latch-up (SEL) and a hard failure or 'single event burnout' (SEB).

In the Atmospheric Radiation Effects Whitepaper, prepared by Ken Vranich in 2007, this author discusses the growing impact of atmospheric radiation effects on semiconductor devices, specifically the impact on avionics, identifying natural atmospheric radiation as the overriding cause of Single Event Effects or device failures due to the fact that semiconductor technology undergoes constant sophistication, which means it's being performed on an ever more minute scale. The scale we are talking about is so tiny that the collision of neutrons with the semiconductor material results in the deposition of a charge in this material and thus leads to an alteration of its state or even to the destruction of the device. The author explains these characteristic errors and failures of semiconductor devices as follows:

"Single event upset (SEU) is a condition that causes corruption of data or logic state in a device resulting in erroneous output. This is a soft error, meaning that data could be updated or corrected or the part reset and normal functionality would be resumed. ... Single event latchup (SEL) is a condition in some [type of semiconductors] where the energy deposited locally in a device by the single particle has turned on parasitic transistors causing high current through the device. ... This SEL usually causes loss of device functionality. ... Single event burnout (SEB) is a condition in a high voltage device (voltages of 500 or 600 volts) resulting from the energy deposition by a single particle leading to a feedback mechanism that exceeds the breakdown voltage and therefore destroys the device. ... Single Event Effects can also cause secondary breakdown in bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), resulting in burnout of the transistor ... " (8)

The Atmospheric Radiation Effects Whitepaper deals essentially with the uncomfortable fact that the failure rate in semiconductor devices has been increasing exponentially due to the steady advancement of semiconductor technology, making them not only vulnerable to high-energy or fast neutrons, but also to low-energy or slow (thermal) neutrons. The author estimates that it will take years until the big manufacturers of integrated circuits will respond to this challenge and warns of the unprecedented consequences that this will have, in this case for aviation electronics, concerning both commercial as well as military avionics and which may lead to the severe limitation of operations or even grounding of aircraft, due to intolerably high processor failure rates. For a combination of technical factors which the author does not specify, he identifies the military Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's), crucial in America's ongoing and future warfare operations around the planet, as the type of aircraft most vulnerable to this threat, mainly because they are composed of so called 'commercial-off-the-shelf equipment,' leading to what the author says is an "unacceptably high probability of 'loss of command and control.'" (9)

As for the natural causes of atmospheric radiation and their effects on semiconductor devices, the author explains that the exposure to the range of potentially hazardous particles increases with growing latitude and altitude, especially during times of elevated sun activity. As far as the latter is concerned, the author stresses the importance of solar events which can heavily impact radiation levels and thus significantly increase Single Event Effect rates:

"The sun on an eleven year cycle produces varying sizes of solar flares. These flares send out energetic particles that strike the earth and can affect the entire planet, but especially in the Polar Regions where the earth's magnetic field is weakest. These particles can cause an increase in the radiation that an aircraft sees by a factor ranging from 10-1000X. The next projected solar peak where these levels could occur is 2011." (10)

In this context and with regard to the growing vulnerability of semiconductor technology, in this case in aircraft, the author explains that "using today's parts could translate into a 10-20% processor failure rate during a single flight on an aircraft in northern latitudes during a moderate solar event," thus calling into question the "ability of these products to perform as advertised." He concludes that "for avionics suppliers, this has the potential to create an intolerable liability and field support issue. For the commercial and military end users, this can translate into types of aircraft that would operate with limited mission capabilities or flight restrictions in certain geographic locations and grounding during significant solar events." (11)

Considering the impact of sun activities and solar events on semiconductor technology, we can understand the growing importance of solar event 'forecasts.' In May 2009, a team of scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) sponsored by NASA, has revised the earlier peak prediction from 2007 which foresaw a peak in 2011, and estimates that Solar Cycle number 24 will peak in May 2013 with an intensity expected to be below the average. According to NASA Science News, however,

"Even a below-average cycle is capable of producing severe space weather. ... The great geomagnetic storm of 1859, for instance, occurred during a solar cycle of about the same size we're predicting for 2013. The 1859 storm -- known as the "Carrington Event" after astronomer Richard Carrington who witnessed the instigating solar flare -- electrified transmission cables, set fires in telegraph offices, and produced Northern Lights so bright that people could read newspapers by their red and green glow. A recent report by the National Academy of Sciences found that if a similar storm occurred today, it could cause $1 to 2 trillion in damages to society's high-tech infrastructure and require four to ten years for complete recovery." (12)

This is more than a good reason for a really big headache and for mobilizing the world's best scientists in order to research and develop methods capable of shielding modern electronics from the effects of atmospheric radiation! Ken Vranich's observations and subsequent warnings regarding the decreasing reliability of semiconductor technology in the realm of avionics have been discussed earlier by experts of the US military, who fear that world-wide military operations could be dramatically endangered by an increasing dependence on ever more sophisticated electronic devices.

Merkle, in a 1997 paper titled 'Non-Nuclear EMP: Automating the Military May Prove a Real Threat' and which addresses the man-made causes of Electromagnetic Pulses (EMP), first describes the catastrophic consequences that the 'classic' scenario of the detonation of a high-altitude nuclear bomb, for example above Nebraska, would have, whose electromagnetic pulse would render each and every computerized circuit in the continental United States, southern Canada and northern Mexico, useless. In describing the effects, Merkle cites a 1982 writing of no less a man than Edward Teller, regarding heavy electromagnetic pulse radiation:

"Today there is almost universal dependence on electronic computers. They are used by first-graders as well as research engineers. Industry, communications, financial records, are all at stake here. In the event of heavy EMP radiation, I suspect it would be easier to enumerate the apparatus that would continue to function than the apparatus that would stop." (13)

After revising the magnitude and probability of an EMP delivered by the detonation of a high-altitude nuclear bomb, which "could conceivably pulse us back to, shall we say, a simpler time when operations orders were done orally with a sandtable," Merkle proceeds to identify in general terms the threat coming from the development of advanced non-nuclear EMP weapons which, he observes, has started off a new arms race. (Although existent at the time, pulsed, directed energy beam weapons like HAARP systems are not explicitly mentioned in this paper). Considering the ever growing dependence of the United States' military on technological progress, Merkle regards the "pushing of the technology envelope" at all costs a serious problem, as "one burst of EMP" will render the most sophisticated equipment inoperable, stripping the high-tech infantry soldier of the 21st century naked and leaving him in the combat field without his "wondrous gadgets and gizmos," to just name one example. Merkle thus concludes:

"Non-nuclear EMP has the potential to reduce the battlefield equation to very simple terms ... as the Joint Surveillance and Target Attack Radar System, All-Source Analysis System, and most other "high tech" intelligence connectivity systems will not be working." (14)

Finally and with regard to the same concern, an assessment of 'Electromagnetic Pulse Threats to US Expeditionary Operations in 2010,' written by US Air Force Major Colin R. Miller, comes to the conclusion that both, nuclear and non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse weapons "represent one of the most ominous threats to US National Security in the near term." Miller subsequently suggests three types of counter-measures: Firstly, implementing specific protection or 'system-hardening' of semiconductor devices at the manufacturer level, secondly, individual shielding of crucial, high-tech components against EMP, and thirdly, shielding larger environments against EMP:

"Shielding the environment is a cost-effective solution for EMP protection when a large number of essential electronic devices are collocated. An Air Operations Center (AOC) provides a good example. Incorporating a grounded metallic shield into the building structure and surge protecting power, communications, and antenna lines could protect an entire AOC from EMP. Mobile systems require a different means, such as a Faraday cage, which can protect individual components. A Faraday cage is simply a metallic mesh built around an electronic circuit (such as a fighter aircraft flight control computer) that protects it from EMP." (15)

Given the magnitude and severity of the exponentially growing threat for omnipresent, modern semiconductor technology (and thus modern civilization as we have known it) from nuclear and non-nuclear electromagnetic pulses, from both, natural and man-made sources as shown and documented in the paragraphs above, and connecting back with Uwe Behnken's statement we've mentioned at the beginning and which upholds a direct relation between the injection of toxic particles into the stratosphere and the protection of semiconductor technologies, let us put the whole concept of 'Solar Radiation Management' or 'Solar Radiance Engineering' as recently proposed by climate scientists, into a different perspective.

Considering that the late Edward Teller, father of the Hydrogen Bomb and first-hand expert of the EMP effects that result upon their detonation in space, who in the late nineties and as mentioned earlier, doubted that global warming is anthropogenic (caused by humans) and who even questioned global warming as such, nevertheless suggested that the Earth needed a 'sunscreen,' purpose for which he had a specific mixture of metals and chemicals developed at National Livermore Laboratories for the massive injection into the stratosphere to 'cool' the earth with a 'sheet of superfine, reflective mesh,' the following questions / hypothesis arise for further, urgent investigation and research:

1. Is 'Solar Radiation Management' or 'Solar Radiance Engineering' -- supposedly designed to mitigate the effects of global warming -- a smokescreen for the general world public behind which another objective is being pursued, that has nothing to do with 'global warming'?

2. Has the massive blasting of metallic particles into the stratosphere been designed to create and uphold a permanent 'metallic shield' in the form of a 'superfine mesh' as suggested by Teller, to build the equivalent of a huge kind of 'Faraday Cage' over certain regions of the Earth in order to protect semiconductor technology from being rendered useless by major, natural or man-made, nuclear and/or non-nuclear, electromagnetic pulse events?

3. Is the bringing-out and upholding of this superfine mesh of metallic particles coupled with HAARP technologies, and if so, in which way?

4. Other than shielding technology, which military applications derive from a superfine mesh of metallic particles in the stratosphere, that have electrically-conductive properties?

5. Considering that until now the vast part of experimental injection of particles into the stratosphere seems to have taken place above NATO countries (16), could it be derived from this that NATO is actively-preemptively preparing for nuclear or non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse events?

6. Are we seeing version 2.0 of the Manhattan Project, this time entrusted with the mission to develop a large-scale shield to fend off the devastating effects of Electromagnetic Pulses, employing thousands of scientists, experts, technicians, military and civil personnel without them knowing what purpose they are working for, by keeping information deliberately fragmented and separate?

7. Is this the real reason why "geo-engineering experiments shouldn't require global agreement" but be imposed on behalf of 'the advanced industrialized states of the world,' as advocated by scholars of US Think Thanks that are not precisely known for their love for Mother Nature?

From the countries of the Global South, from Latin America, from Venezuela, we call for a global investigation into these matters, for a global debate and for global, transparent and informed agreement with regard to alternative ways to protect technology, the environment, all forms of life on the planet and planet Earth as such!

We say NO to whatever techniques that, for whatever reason, deliberately modify any of the geophysical subsystems of the Earth!

We say NO to interfering with planet Earth's geophysical integrity!

Hi Cathy,

Today was a doozy, wasn't it? So very disheartening. =( It seemed as though every time I looked out the window, another chemtrail was materializing. I just watched the video you posted this evening -- the skies looked the same here on the Peninsula.

I snapped a couple photos on my way to lunch today, which I've attached. I've titled them "Creative License." =P If these are "contrails" created by commercial planes, then they're the funkiest flight patterns I've ever seen! I pointed them out to my co-workers and was met with unalarmed shrugged shoulders, per usual.

Yesterday, after the rain ceased, the sky was the most gorgeous deep blue color (not sure if it looked the same in your parts). I deeply inhaled the clean air, and marveled at the "spotless" sky. Not a chemtrail in sight........until 7:00pm, that is.....at which point they began to be laid down, just in time for sunset.

I was reminded today of my trip to Austria in 1998. I was there on a school trip, only 18-years old at the time. I remember snapping picture after picture of the sky and the "clouds", because they were the most bizarre clouds I'd ever seen. I didn't know what to make of them. This evening, after I got home from work, I dug out my Austria photo album and found my "cloud" pictures. My stomach dropped as I saw photo after photo of massive chemtrails and HAARP clouds. --- Tweleve years ago, I had no idea what I was looking at. All I knew was I had never seen anything like it. Is it possible that chemtrailing wasn't taking place in California in the '90's? Because I surely never noticed it before my trip to Europe. So sad.

Could a Ban of Transparent Reporting at the Asilomar Conference be an Attempt to Cover-Up World-Wide Contamination From Stratospheric Aerosol Geo-Engineering Programs?

Geo-engineers gathered once again near Monterey California at the Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies meeting to develop norms and guidelines for what they say will be “controlled experimentation” on geo-engineering the planet. While many claim that stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering (SAG), aka chemtrail programs are in full-scale deployment, organizers of this meeting showed a lack of transparency by either denying or holding reporters to a high set of rules which limited what information was brought to the attention of the public. While we might never know how much information from the conference was suppressed in articles and reports, we do know some of the information that was not included. The issue of current SAG deployment and the use of aluminum in these programs seemed to be missing from reports and articles that came out of the conference.

Mauro Oliveira, webmaster of http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/ said that aluminum became a concern to many after the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) meeting when independent journalists sent shockwaves around the world after breaking the story of scientists discussing the plausibility of spraying 10 to 20 mega-tons of aluminum into the sky in SAG campaigns. Francis Mangels, a retired USDA/USFS Biologist commented on the use of aluminum by saying, “although aluminum is an abundant element, it does not exist naturally in the environment in free form. Dispersing massive amounts of ultra-fine aluminum particulates as proposed by geo-engineers into the stratosphere would have unquantifiable human health and environmental impacts”. When scientists were asked about the risks associated with the use of aluminum sprayed as an aerosol in SAG programs, they admitted that they have only begun to research aluminum and have published nothing. They also admitted that something terrible could be found in the future that they don’t know about. Also, when asked about deployment of current programs, scientists denied that any SAG programs have been deployed. This contradicted the findings of many who claim that SAG programs are well under-way and that high amounts of aluminum and other harmful substances from these programs are being found resulting in the devastation of eco-systems and the health of people around the world.

Like the AAAS meeting, the Asilomar geo-engineering conference hosted some of the world’s leading geo-engineers, environmental groups and scientists who gathered to discuss various issues relating to SAG. Unlike the AAAS meeting, reporters were either denied attendance or set to a high standard of rules which included a ban on daily reporting, quoting, and recording anything from the meeting without the consent of presenters. Stewart Howe was one of the reporters denied access into the conference. Howe helped break the story about aluminum when he was sent to the AAAS meeting in San Diego to report for Infowars. He feels that he was denied access because of this and his reporting of evidence that suggests SAG programs are in full-scale deployment. Howe said, “due to the devastating effects of aluminum and world-wide claims of current deployment, transparent reporting of this could devastate the entire SAG agenda compromising billions of dollars in contracts.” He went on to say that it was apparent that this meeting had no intentions of being transparent.

Whereas many reporters were denied access to this event, some “privileged” journalists did have the opportunity to attend. Although some of the articles about the conference appeared to be critical of geo-engineering, they largely ignored the use of aluminum and other serious issues that could have impacted or changed the damaging components of the SAG agenda. Due to their agreement to the strict, non-transparent guidelines of the conference, the reporting journalists not only helped keep some of the meeting secret, they also helped hide the fact that geo-engineers are “planning” to use aluminum in SAG programs. Some articles were also falsely written stating that geo-engineers are planning on using sulfur in the various SAG campaigns. This contradicts articles written by some reporters who attended the AAAS meeting and quoted scientists as stating that they initially considered using sulfur for the program; however, aluminum is more effective and will be the ingredient considered for use. To date, scientists have not corrected the journalists who falsely reported the use of less damaging sulfur instead of harmful aluminum as being an ingredient for SAG programs.

Let’s look at this issue a little more closely. People from around the world are witnessing white trails behind airplanes and believe them to be a product of SAG programs that scientists deny exist. People are also reporting test results of high amounts of aluminum, barium and strontium in their snow, rain and soil where the alleged spraying is occurring. These are the exact substances that scientists are “considering” implementing into the various SAG programs discussed at the AAAS meeting. Shockwaves were sent around the globe after the AAAS meeting because of reports that led many to believe that the destruction of eco-systems and the massive amounts of aluminum found in the snow, rain and soil are in fact from SAG programs that have already been deployed. As a result of these reports, many around the world are asking questions about the current deployment and the dangers of using aluminum in these programs. And finally, journalists are restricted from reporting certain facts from this conference that could be damaging to the SAG agenda.

Could transparent reporting of certain facts threaten the current and future deployment of SAG programs around the world? Could denying independent reporters the freedom to openly report on this meeting be an attempt to cover-up allegations that SAG programs are in full-scale deployment and are also destroying eco-systems around the world with the use of aluminum? Is it possible that the reporters who were allowed into this meeting were invited for the purpose of protecting the corporate and political interests of those involved with SAG programs? What would the political and monetary implications be for those who have vested interests in SAG if the larger public was made aware of the multiple environmental and health effects of spraying mega-tons of aluminum into our environment? Whatever the reason for this lack of transparency and denial of information, we the public need to hold both reporters and scientists to a higher degree of professionalism, transparency and ethical consideration when it comes to these and other issues of public interests. The future of our health and environment is dependent upon it. I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what an amazing job you've done (and are doing) with your chemtrail blog.

I, too, live in the SF Bay Area and have only "awoken" to the chemtrails within the past year. Since learning the truth, I've been trying my hardest to spread the word amongst friends, family and co-workers. A majority of them think I'm just being a paranoid conspiracy theorist (naturally), but a few have opened their eyes and are starting to LOOK UP more frequently. My husband was one of the hardest to sway, but he came home from work yesterday and said, "You know, while I was waiting for BART, I got a really good look at one of the planes with a trail behind it. And you're right. That 'stuff' wasn't coming from the engines. It was being sprayed." THANK YOU! GAH! =)

As you know, we've been absolutely bombarded in the Bay Area these past few weeks. I was doing ok, health-wise, until yesterday. And then the relentless headache set in.....along with the dry, burning eyes and stuffy nose. My husband's been experiencing the same symptoms, as well as a number of co-workers. It makes me sick (both literally and figuratively)! Most days, I feel like I'm trapped on a prison planet.

Over the past week, I've noticed what I perceive to be a new type of chemtrail. The trail starts out just like any "normal" chemtrail I've seen and spans for a good 50-100 miles behind the plane.......but then it slowly begins to disappear (like a contrail), and will completely vanish within minutes (instead of lingering for hours and expanding into visible clouds). I would normally say that these are true contrails, except for the fact that they remain visible for miles and miles behind the plane. Have you noticed anything like this lately? I'm wondering if it's a new "formula" they're working with -- one that disappears relatively rapidly, so as not to draw attention. If I ever notice one again, I'll try to take video footage.

Anyway, what Matt shares is very insighful:

Hi Cathy.

This evening at Dusk, there was a planetary alignment going on that I really wanted to watch through my binoculars, and my telescope. So I went to my dad's beach house in newport and set all my cameras, video, telescope and binoculars up, and waited for the sun to go down.

There was moderate chemtrail spraying all day today, but not so much that you couldn't see the sky. It was patchy.

At around 6 pm, the planes started to show up in earnest. Alot of North-South, straight line chemtrails that would then drift inland.

While I was scanning the sky with my binoculars I noticed something. Way out to sea, maybe 30 miles out, past Catalina island, I could see, only through the binoculars, the image of a jumbo jet coming straight on, with an enormous plume behind it... I could see the expansion of the chemtrails directly behind the plane.

I sat there and watched it get closer, then suddenly it banked and began a long slow turn. The banking of the plane made the chemtrail appear much larger, and more impressive. I could clearly make out the two trails from each engine, arranged vertically...do to the one wing being higher in the turn.

I watched that plane do a 270 degree turn....so it turned right, towards the south, and continued turning until it was headed due north....and then it headed north...leaving an enormous plume behind it. It was so far away, I watched it head north, through the binoculars for about 5 or 7 minutes, and at 500 mph, that's like 50 miles.. then suddenly it began another big turn, but this time it turned left..towards the open ocean. It followed this turn for another around for over 360 degrees, doing a lap and half so to speak, then it headed straight towards me for a while, then turned south again, and made a huge trail past this enormous figure 8 it had made, then, once it had traveled another 7 minutes or so, it headed back the way it came...out to sea. I followed it with my binoculars, then I used my telescope, which was hard, but it was so far away, it appeared to move so slow, I was able to find it in my view finder...I watched it till it was just about dark.

I believe that people are so easily decieved by the power of suggestion, that they trust what others, the media, our politicians "suggest" rather than their own senses.

I believe that the idea that these obvious trails are "ice crystals" "Water Vapor" "Normal, Natural contrails" has been successfully implanted in virtually all american's minds, through the simple techique of suggestion. It took me a full a year to finaly realize what I was seeing was not normal, after it had been pointed out to me. When I first heard about chemtrails, I quickly dismissed it.

I just read the Preface to the book "You Are still being lied to", which is titled "Reality is a Shared Hallucination" (authored by Howard Bloom), and it was a shocking expose on how people only see the world through the larger framework of our cultural patterning. Perception is a slave to social commands. Most human percieve the world through a "herd" perception. Input from the "herd" strongly colors our perception of reality, to the point of altering our physiology.

Crowds of silent voices whisper in our ears, transforming the nature of what we see and hear.

You should buy this book...if only for the Preface! (I haven't started reading it, so I can't comment on the content, aside from the preface).

A government which fully understands this "Herd" perception paradime, which binds us all, can use it to color reality to fit their agendas.

This is POWERFULL Psychology! I wondered, why I was able to percieve Chemtrails for what they are, when so many others, simply cannot. I ascribe this only to the fact that I was in Thailand during the years that the program was starting up, and those who's job it was to generate the proper public perception of the event were unable to reach me.

When I was in thailand, I may very well have been exposed to the same perception deviation, except for the fact that I was routinely denied basic communication with those around me, and their media by the fact that I quite simply couldn't talk to anyone because I didn't speak the language! I was totally insulated from any form of programing!

(it was actually very nice, not to even have to try to talk to anyone, beyond ordering food!, and being able to avoid any tough conversations, for lack of ability to converse! A perverse utopia...I didn't leave until after I started to learn the language, then then novelty started to wear off, after people expected me to understand what they were saying)

Anyhow, watching this plane conduct this operation tonight was freaky, and scary, and I thought I'd tell you about it.

Matt makes a good point which hits home with me because like him being in Thailand for 3 yrs, I was in Germany for 3 yrs (2002-2005) and couldn't speak much of the language so missed the 'programming to the masses' as well. I totally relate to your 3 yr 'escape' from American propaganda as I was in Germany 3 yrs and also unable to understand much while there apart from translators. Nor did I have a tv there (nor here now) which helped to shake free of the previous brainwashing we were raised with here.

I don't watch many movies but have noticed chemtrails in most all of them and the most telling of all this is in animated movies for children - their animated chemtrails are included!! Examples I have seen are in 'Cars' and 'Happy Feet', I've seen them also in video games and endless advertisments, so 'they' have been programming folks for YEARS that these white lines in the sky are NORMAL - oh BROTHER!

So, no surprise that the general poplulation is OBLIVIOUS to the reality that they/we are being POISONED on a daily basis. Thus the importance of a healthy immune system AND a strong spiritual life.

From the perennial smog that makes Cairo give any city in China, India or Mexico a run for its money as the world's most polluted, to the infamous seasonal "black cloud" that mercilessly impairs the health of the victims it hovers above annually, Egypt's skies have long been beleaguered by one odious menace after another. The latest addition to these comes in the form of long trails of chemicals sprayed from the exhaust pipes of airplanes, now known as chemtrails. In contrast to contrails, the regular exhaust of airplanes which can be seen for about 30 seconds before they vaporize and disappear, chemtrails are thicker and denser, and can go up to a hundred kilometers before slowly dispersing over the course of a few hours into a stringy and nebulous suspended cloud. Their contents have been designed for weather control purposes, and were ostensibly created to combat global warming by reflecting the sun's heat back into space. However, its existence has been kept under the radar of international media, relegating it to the realm of myths invented by conspiracy theorists. However, chemtrails have been tarnishing Egyptian skies for over five years, and their disturbing consequences have already been seen.

Those who doubt that weather modification technology has not only existed for decades, but grown in sophistication to alarming proportions, where deliberate manipulation of natural environmental processes can cause such phenomena as earthquakes, tidal waves, and changes in weather patterns, need only conduct a simple search on the Internet. In 1977, weather control, particularly hostile weather warfare, was addressed by the UN General Assembly in an environmental modification convention, signed in Geneva on 18 May, entering into force on 5 October, 1978, and ratified by US President Jimmy Carter on 13 December of the following year.

The science of geoengineering, or climate engineering, founded by physicist and inventor Nikola Tesla a century ago for the control of the Earth's climatic factors, e.g., rains, winds, thunder and lightning, and low and high air pressure zones, has moved from the realm of science fiction to the pages of respectable scientific journals. Depending on the desired change, the different technological methods of geoengineering depend mostly on spreading certain chemical particles by planes or jets in the troposphere or stratosphere, the first and second layers of the Earth's atmosphere respectively.

The most common method of geoengineering induces artificial precipitation by using airplanes to spray silver iodide and potassium perchlorite or liquid nitrogen in the troposphere directly over clouds. The sprayed chemical particles replace the natural fine dust in the troposphere and each particle acts as a precipitation nucleus on which water vapor in the clouds condenses. The water or ice particles that are formed can no longer be suspended in the air and fall to earth in the form of rain. Among the 24 countries that currently practice weather modification, including the US and Russia, China reportedly has the world's largest cloud seeding system, which it uses to increase rain over arid areas. Alongside the use of jets, it employs ground-based generators to fire silver iodide rockets into the sky where rain is desired. Major news networks reported on China's use of cloud seeding in Beijing to clear the air of pollution before the 2008 Olympic Games.

Over the past two decades, researchers have intensified their efforts to counteract the "global warming" phenomenon, formerly termed "greenhouse warming" and now simply referred to as "climate change." International agreements in place intended to address this issue include the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, signed and ratified by almost every country in the world barring the US, which signed, but declined to ratify the treaty due to the high costs associated with lowering carbon dioxide emissions from the burning of fossil fuels. The insufficiency of the Kyoto Protocol’s emission reduction regime--along with the absence of a key participant and the lacking implementation amongst others, and the high costs involved and lack of incentives--cried out for an alternative.

In 1991, climatologists David Shang and I Fu Chi working at the Hughes Aircraft Company--now the Hughes Aerospace Corporation-- received approval for their patent entitled “Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding for the Reduction of Global Warming.” Their technology relied on dispensing microscopic particles of aluminum oxide as reflective material (Welsbach particles) mixed with barium salts into the stratosphere. Aluminum oxide reflects one to two percent of the incoming sun's heat and light back into space, while the barium monoxide reacts with the carbon dioxide as it drops into the troposphere, turning into barium carbonate and bicarbonate, and minimizing the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Arguably continuous application of this technology over several decades would lead to a significant decrease in the phenomenon of global warming.

In 2000, the US called for an international gathering of climatologists under the umbrella of the UN-Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to present the positive results gained from the application of this geoengineering technique over the entire North American continent from 1991 to 2000, which it claimed decreased the warming of the region by 70 to 80 percent. The US proposed “The Shield Project” as an effective global solution for the global warming phenomenon. The project would employ international flight companies and equip airplanes with the tanks and systems required to spray chemtrails, which would be released during the planes' standard and defined flight itineraries to cover the planet with this chemical shield. The project was priced at US$50 billion--US$1 billion per year for 50 years (2000-2050)--and the cost would be incurred by the US alone. The project was approved by the UN gathering after involving the World Health Organization (WHO) after many environmentalists expressed concern over the threat such chemicals could pose to human health. Once approved, its global application began over the Antarctic in 2000 to cool the region's atmosphere and decelerate the melting of the ice caps.

In 2004, Monir el-Husseini, professor of environmental protection and director of the research park at Cairo University's Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University, was the first to report on chemtrails reaching the Mediterranean and North Africa region, when he witnessed them himself.

"The first time I noticed the chemtrails was on the first day of Eid el-Adha in late 2004 when I was vacationing in Ain el-Sokhna," says el-Husseini, "I woke up early and, looking out at the sea, noticed the planes spraying their white chemical trails in the sky in a crisscross pattern."

Recognizing what he was witnessing because of his prior research into the topic, he quickly set up his camera and tripod and began documenting the trail and its dispersion in 15-minutes intervals.

"These were the first photographs I took of the spraying," notes el-Husseini, "which is always intensive when covering a new area. The temperature dropped drastically over the course of the next six to seven hours, from 34 degrees Celsius to around 14 degrees, and relative humidity dropped from the average 65 percent to about 15 percent--which is unheard of in a location right off the coast--because of the dehydration in the atmosphere. Most people packed their things and left the beach."

Ehab Abd el-Razaq, deputy head of the analysis center at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority, insists that the clearly visible phenomenon was nothing more than standard contrails of airplane exhaust, comprised of little more than water vapor and carbon dioxide. He attributes the length of the trails to the airplanes flying at high altitudes, where the temperatures are cooler.

"The primary factor in how long the trails are and how long they take to disperse is the surrounding temperature of the atmosphere at the time," says el-Razaq, "when the temperature is cooler the trail becomes longer and more visible because it takes more time to evaporate."

Mohamed Imam, general manager of environmental affairs at the Civil Aviation Authority, who was quick to note that airplane exhaust--mostly carbon and nitrogen oxides--constitutes a maximum of two percent of air pollution in the region, offered an alternative explanation: "The difference in the density of these trails is probably the result of the age and condition of the craft's engine. Only seven of Egypt Air's 43 planes are old, and we're working on modernizing them. The trails you're seeing probably belong to other airlines with poor quality engines. These airlines are issued warnings, and sometimes fined, by our authorities if they emit excessive pollution."

Both el-Razaq and Imam state that Al-Masry Al-Youm's inquiries about chemtrails were the first instances of their kind in the history of their institutions.

According to research compiled by el-Husseini, environmentalists and physicians have identified numerous risks and undesired consequences for human health, as well as the planet's resources, associated with this global geoengineering project. The most dangerous of these, he maintains, are the increased incidents of what are later reported as chance occurrences of lightning. The interaction of the chemical particles in chemtrails produce friction, which is blazed by the strong exhaust of the jet engines to produce large electric fields in the stratosphere. These fields drop down to the troposphere and can be discharged either naturally or by mobile phones and similar devices operating on ultra low frequencies.

El-Husseini says this dynamic--along with dehydration of ecosystems resulting from chemtrails--accounts for the increased occurrences of forest fires, as seen in northern Australia in 2008, and California and Greece last year. It also explains local farmers being struck by lightning while out in open fields in the last two years. Regarding the latter, el-Husseini has collected front-page newspaper clippings of these freak occurrences. Among other reports, Al Ahram's educational supplement reported on the death of three farmers in Beheira on 14 April, 2007, a seasonally unlikely time for lightning, and on 18 May, 2009 Al-Masry Al-Youm reported on the death of a farmer in Sohag by a "fire from the sky," explained by one meteorologist in the article as a "meteorite."

For el-Husseini the explanation is much simpler: The farmers activated their mobile phones at a time when the charged electric fields in the atmosphere caused by chemtrails had dropped dangerously close to the ground before dispersing sufficiently.

"The most dangerous aspect [of chemtrails] is the lightning that can result from the charged atmosphere. People should not answer their mobile phone calls in open spaces," el-Husseini says, "And the new warning signs in gas stations requiring customers to switch off their mobile phones should really be heeded."

Another consequence of the global application of chemtrails is the creation of new wind directions. The sudden cooling of the atmosphere over vast regions creates new low pressure zones. These "depression zones" induce new wind directions never experienced before in these regions. For el-Husseini, this explains another freak occurrence--the locust swarm that afflicted Egypt in 2004. A depression zone was created over the Mediterranean region when it was first sprayed with chemtrails that year, pulling in the autumn generation of desert locusts from West Africa to Algeria, Egypt, the Gulf peninsula, and even the southern islands of Italy and Greece. El-Husseini's argument would clarify why the locusts that swarmed Egypt were red instead of yellow--indicating an interrupted sexual maturity cycle that is only completed once they have reached the end of their migratory path.

Ironically, although chemtrails were designed to cool the atmosphere they can also result in extreme heat waves. Once they reach the troposphere, the Welsbach aluminum oxide particles act as a double-sided mirror. They reflect the heat coming down from the sun back into space but also reflect the heat coming up from the ground from cars, air conditioners, factories, power stations, etc., back down to Earth. The heat waves which killed thousands of people in France in 2003 and in Greece in 2008 have begun to occur more frequently, notes el-Husseini. They have also resulted in losses in biodiversity, devastating plant and animal species accustomed to year-round stable temperatures.

Hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes and floods will all be stronger and more frequent with the presence of chemtrails. When natural clouds reach the fine chemical particles that act as nuclei for precipitation, these processes will start immediately and forcefully. Chemtrails are an undeniable factor in the recent floods in the UK and continental Europe, according to el-Husseini, as well as the local flash floods that swept Arish, Aswan and Sharm el-Sheikh.

Furthermore, the health problems resulting from the inhalation of precipitating aluminum oxide is a can of worms waiting to be opened. The health conditions associated with the aluminum and barium particles found in chemtrails include pneumonia-like respiratory symptoms, asthma, inflammation of binding tissues, various allergic reactions, as well as frequent headaches and depression. These particles also guide nanobacteria from the stratosphere to Earth. Stratospheric nanobacteria, proven recently to be a pathogenic living form, cause various calcification diseases, from gallbladder and kidney stones, to arteriosclerosis and the calcification of heart valves.

"What concerns me is the lack of awareness of what's happening around us," says el-Husseini, who has been active in raising awareness about chemtrails. "I feel I have a duty to present these facts to the authorities, and to inform the man on the street without arousing his fear or driving him to futile angry protests," he says.

From as early as 2004, in an attempt to provide a reasonable explanation for the locust swarm where other scientists could not, el-Husseini has been giving lectures and accompanying numerous scientific panels convening to explain such mysterious phenomena. He has, however, usually been faced with a wall of scoffs and dropped jaws. Authorities, often at a loss for meaningful accounts of such phenomena, have begun recognizing the value of his research and requesting that he give more talks, at least to other executives and professionals that need to be informed. He is scheduled to address radiation scientists at the national research center on 29 March, where he will outline the adverse effects of chemtrails. He hopes to encourage listeners to petition the relevant authorities to implement minimal protective measures, such as lightning protection systems for homes.
